Flachstrickeinrichtung für Handrundstrickmaschinen Die Erfindung betrifft
eine Flachstrickeinrichtung für Handrundstrickmaschinen. Es sind bereits Flachstrickeinrichtungen

Herausnehmen von Nadeln zwischen den Nadelfüßen eine Lücke gebildet wird, in welche
bewegliche Schloßteile einfallen, die jeweils die in Drehrichtung auf die Lücke
folgenden Nadeln über die Arbeitsstellung anheben. Bei den bekannten Einrichtungen
dieser Art sind zwei bewegliche Schloßteile und ein fester Abzugsteil an der einen
Seite von einem Schloßmittelteil angeordnet. Ein zweiter, für den Flachstrickvorgang
nicht benötigter Schloßmittelteil wird aus dem Zylinder herausgenommen. Diese Anordnung
besitzt den Nachteil, daß bei der Drehbewegung der Maschine in der einen Richtung
nahezu sämtliche Nadeln von dem einen beweglichen Schloßteil angehoben und außer
Arbeitsstellung gebracht werden. In dieser Stellung werden sie beim Hinundzurückdrehen
der Maschine nicht geführt und damit nicht gehalten. Nur die Reibung in dem Zylindermantel
soll ein Festhalten der Nadeln bewirken. Wie Versuche gezeigt haben, rutschen insbesondere
beim raschen Arbeiten der Maschine sehr oft einzelne oder mehrere Nadeln nach unten.
Wird die Maschine zurückgedreht, so stoßen dann die Nadelfüße der nach unten gerutschten
