As is well known, crosstalk interference in telecommunications lines can be divided into two Divide classes that are known as crosstalk per se and as cross-talk. Each of the two classes has two sub-groups, crosstalk and talk-in and counter-talk and talk-in to be named. Participation and counter-participation are those disturbances that occur in the mostly usual four-person exploitation between the parent circles and the quadruple occur within the foursome, while being referred to as crosstalk and cross-talk all other crosstalk interference denotes. The causes of the mutual influences are the asymmetries of the speaking groups, and they exist in speaking and counter-speaking in essential in capacitance, inductance and resistance differences as well as mutual Inductivities, in crosstalk and cross-talk in capacitance differences and mutual inductances. The asymmetries caused by the asymmetries can be eliminated using suitable compensation methods Cross-talk interference when assembling the systems, both with regard to the Eliminate crosstalk and cross-talk at the same time or to the Reduce the permissible level in the company. However, there are also cases in which produce systems between each two speaking groups predominantly only one class of this Interference occurs, furthermore cases in which both classes of interference occur without to have the same cause, so that each disturbance can be eliminated separately got to. These cases can occur during repairs to finished systems as well as during laying of long contiguous cable routes, e.g. B. submarine cables occur. It wasn't possible before with that already known method to eliminate the crosstalk interference of a class without simultaneously to cause the disturbance of the other class. The invention is now based on the object of compensating for the crosstalk, without noticeably influencing the cross-talk and, conversely, compensating for the cross-talk without that Noticeably affecting crosstalk.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the existing disturbance exactly or approximately half by a coupling element or a combination eliminated by coupling elements, their characteristic effect in the pressing of an external tension on the disturbed Circle consists and exactly or approximately to the other half by a coupling element or a combination of coupling elements, the characteristics of which

The physical relationships on which the method according to the invention is based will be explained in the following using an example: An existing between two speech circuits AB and CD, the wave resistances of which are Z ^ ej-ψχ and Ζ 2 -β -] '- φ 2 , in Fig. Ι by a capacitor k indicated capacitive coupling causes, when the circuit AB at A is fed by an alternating current source, the induction of a voltage V 2 / ( lm circuit CD, which is in the manner indicated in Fig. 1 via the apparent resistances on the right and to the left of cross-section X, i.e. via the wave resistances, closes and causes the interference currents / / and Jr. The characteristic of the interference effect of this capacitive coupling is the application of an external voltage V iK to the disturbed line.
If one considers the effect of a magnetic coupling m indicated by coupling loops in Fig. 2, this consists in the induction of a voltage V 2m , which acts as an internal electromotive force in the manner indicated in Fig. 2 and causes the interference current Jm. The characteristic of this disturbance magnetic coupling is to induce an internal electromotive force V 2 m i m circuit CD.
If capacitive and magnetic coupling are now allowed to act simultaneously, assuming that each of the two couplings causes interference currents of the same magnitude at end C , the interference currents shown in Fig. 3 will flow. It is now known (Küpfmüller, Archiv für Elektrotechnik, XII. Vol. 2nd Issue) that the phase of the interference currents caused by these two couplings is only about the sum. the angle of the wave resistance of the two lines, so differ by ψι Ί ~ (pz, or, if the sign of one of the two couplings is reversed, by 180 ° - (g ?! + ψϊ) . These angles are now with the usual loaded lines small in the middle and upper frequency range, which is particularly important for crosstalk. As a result, the interference currents resulting from the two types of coupling can be viewed as a first approximation as being shifted in phase or in phase by 180 °. that under the assumptions made, the interference currents flowing through point D cancel each other out, while the interference currents flowing through point C support each other, ie
If the sign of one of the two couplings is reversed, the crosstalk disappears and at the end D cross-talk occurs. The interference currents generated in this way are now used to compensate for the existing ones, and if there are interferences in both classes with different causes, each interference can be eliminated independently without influencing that of the other class. According to the invention, the method consists in that the existing crosstalk or mutual crosstalk is eliminated half by means of a capacitive coupling and the other half by means of a magnetic coupling, or more generally, half by a compensation element, the characteristic effect of which is to apply an external voltage, and half by one whose characteristic effect consists in inducing an internal tension. Then a noticeable crosstalk interference of the respective other class does not occur. The more general definition results in the application to all crosstalk disturbances defined at the beginning. As compensation elements for crosstalk and crosstalk, on the one hand transverse capacitors, transverse resistances and transverse inductances or any combination of these elements between the inducing and induced speech circuit, or any combination of these elements, on the other, mutual inductances; for speaking and counter-speaking, on the one hand, shunt capacitors, shunt inductances and Üuerwideristors or any combination of these elements, on the other hand differential inductances and differential resistances in the pairs and mutual inductances between pairs and quads. For the arrangement of these compensation elements, the known rules apply, which make it possible to compensate for crosstalk and co-determination independently of one another. The peculiarities of the disturbances to be compensated and the aim of reducing the influence of the phase angle of the wave impedance as the cause of the slight phase shift of the compensating currents, as well as the consideration of residual interference currents, may make it necessary to use the two coupling elements or combinations of coupling elements belonging to the two characteristic categories not to be attached in exactly the same place, furthermore the disturbance can only be remedied approximately half by the elements or element combinations of the two categories.
Es kann weiter erforderlich sein, die EIe-It may also be necessary to
Das Verfahren gemäß der Erfindung kann man mit besonderem Vorteil in Fernmeldeanlagen sowohl innerhalb der Kabel und Freileitungen als auch der Verstärkungseinrichtungen anwenden.elements or combinations of elements in each of one or both categories and partially or to install all of them at the same or different points on the lines, so that the sum of the effects of one category is exactly or approximately equal to the sum of the effects of the other category is. The method according to the invention can be used with particular advantage in telecommunications systems both within the cable and overhead lines as well as the reinforcement facilities.
