Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verdübelung von gelochten Eisenbahnschwellen aus Weichholz durch Einschlagdübel aus Hartholz. Der Erfindung gemäß sind in dem Mantel des Hartholzdübels steilgängige, schraubengangartige Nuten vorgesehen. In diese Nuten preßt sich beim Einschlagen des Dübels das aus der inneren Lochwandung verdrängte Weichholzmaterial. Hierdurch wird eine das Einschlagen der Dübel erleichternde Schraubenbewegung erzielt und ferner durch das in die Schraubengänge gepreßte Weichholzmaterial ein fester Halt der Hartholzdübel in der Schwelle gewährleistet. Dieser Halt kann noch durch ringförmige Rippen oder durch seitliche, widerhakenartig wirkende Aussparungen in den Nuten verstärkt werden. Der Dübel 1, welcher an seinem oberen Ende konisch ausgebildet sein kann, ist mit einer Reihe Nuten 2 versehen, welche nach Art eines steilgängigen Gewindes in den Dübel eingeschnitten sind. Dieser Dübel verdreht sich infolge des steilgängigen Gewindes beim Einschlagen in die Weichholzschwelle schraubenartig, so daß ein fester Halt desselben in der Weichholzschwelle gewährleistet ist. Die Weichholzschwelle ist dabei vorher lediglich entsprechend dem Kerndurchmesser des Gewindes ausgebohrt. Infolge der oberen konischen Ausbildung wird ein vollkommen fester Halt des Dübels in der Weichholzschwelle erzielt und gleichzeitig ein Zurückdrehen des Dübels aus der Weichholzschwelle verhindert. Um dabei ein Zurückdrehen des Dübels noch weiter zu verhindern, ist derselbe an den Seiten 3 der Kämme 4, die zwischen den Nuten stehenbleiben, mit widerhakenartig wirkenden Aussparungen 5 versehen, welche, da die Seiten 3 beim Einschlagen des Dübels vollkommen unbelastet sind, das Einschlagen in keiner Weise verhindern, dagegen beim Versuch, den Dübel zurückzuverdrehen, in das Holz greifen und so einen festen Halt des Dübels gewährleisten. Außerdem wird das Holz bereits beim Einschlagen etwas in die Aussparungen eindringen, was für das Einschlagen ohne Bedeutung ist, da dieses Holz beim Einschlagen auf die schräge Fläche 6 der Aussparungen trifft und so von denselben zur Seite gedrängt wird. Er läßt sich außerdem von so geringer Stärke ausbilden, daß er bei Lockerwerden der Schwellenschrauben nach Herausnahme derselben in das Loch durch die Unterlagplatte eingeschlagen werden kann, und zwar können derartige Dübel auch ohne besondere Werkzeuge eingeschlagen werden, was bei den bekannten Pflockdübeln nicht möglich war, und die beim Einbringen mit nicht einwandfreien Werkzeugen zertrümmerten.According to another embodiment shown in Fig. 3, the anchor can also be provided with annular ribs 8, 6g which serve to provide a double fuse to ensure the position of the anchor.
