Eine möglichst innige - Berührung des zu kühlenden Öles mit den Rippen wird dadurch erreicht, daß die innere Wand des Filtergehäuses ohne oder doch nur mit geringem Spiel sich gegen die Rippen anlegt und der Ölstrom durch vorteilhaft in aufeinanderfolgenden Rippen versetzte Öffnungen nacheinander an sämtlichen Rippen entlang fließt.
