Um den Heizwert solcher Platten zu erhöhen, muß außer der Zuführung größerer Energie eine Einrichtung getroffen werden, die eine größere Wärmeabgabe ermöglicht, damit nicht bei den hohen Stromstärken eine Überhitzung und Zerstörung des Heizleiters erfolgt.
