Description

Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein mit einer Haarklemmplatte verbundener Wickeldorn für Dauerwellenvorrichtungen. Bisher wurden die Haarwellen nach zwei bestimmten Arten gewellt, und zwar wurde unterschieden zwischen einer sogenannten Flachwicklung und einer Hoch- oder Spiralwicklung. Bei der Flachwicklung wurde zuerst die Haarspitze erfaßt und die Haarsträhne dann von der festgelegten Haar spitze zum • Haarboden gewickelt. Mit dieser Wicklung konnte jedoch das Haar nicht bis dicht an die Kopfhaut gefaßt werden, und die Haarwellen saßen mehr zu den Haarschwänzen hin. Die ¹S Flachwicklung war außerdem nur bei besonders günstigem Haar zu verwenden, da der Flachwicklungsheizkörper nicht an seiner ganzen Lage dicht abschließbar war. Bei der Hoch- oder Spiralwicklung dagegen wird der ^ao Haarstrang kurz über dem Haarboden am Grunde des Haares von einer sogenannten Klammer erfaßt und der Haarstrang um eine an der Klammer angeordnete Spindel vom Grunde zur Spitze gewickelt. Dabei ergibt es sich aber, daß, wenn die Wicklung nicht sehr sorgfältig ausgeführt ist, die Spitzenweflung an dem Haarende nicht einwandfrei und vor allen Dingen nicht genügend ist.The subject of the invention is a winding mandrel for permanent wave devices connected to a hair clamp plate. Diesem Mangel soll durch die Erfindung abgeholfen werden. Der Dorn des Spiralwicklers ist geteilt und besteht aus einem mit der Klammer festen unteren Teil und einem oberen abnehmbaren Teil, der sogenannten Spindel. Der obere abnehmbare Teil kann mit dem unteren, an der Klammer befindlichen Teil in irgendeiner Weise, z. B. durch eine Schraube, lösbar verbunden werden. Hierdurch wird der Fortschritt erreicht, daß sich sowohl am Grunde wie an der Spitze der Haarsträhne eine gute gleichmäßige Wicklung erreichen läßt.The invention is intended to remedy this deficiency. Das Wickeln der Haarsträhne geschieht in folgender Weise: Der abgeteilte Haarstrang wird in der Klammer 1 festgeklemmt, wobei die Klammer 1 auf dem Haarboden aufsitzt. Die Haarsträhne wird nun von der Klammer r zur Übergangsstelle hin um den Schaft 2 umgewickelt und dann von der Spitze her um die Spindel 3 gelegt. Durch Drehen der Spindel 3 wird diese dem Schaft 2 genähert und, wenn notwendig, die auf Schaft 2 sitzende Haarspitze, in Längsrichtung der Spindel 3 verschoben. Ist die Spindel 3 über dem Schaft 2, so wird die Schraube 4 angezogen, und zwar so weit, daß sich die Hülse 3 eben noch frei drehen läßt. Nun wird unter weiterem Drehen der Hülse 3 die obere Strähne in Längsrichtung der Spin* del gegen die untere Strähne gedrückt und dadurch ein fester, in dicht nebeneinander liegenden Windungen liegender Wickel erzeugt. Ist dieses geschehen, so wird die Schraube 4 vollkommen fest angedreht und ein Zurückdrehen verhindert. Das Haar ist nun auf seiner ganzen Länge gleichmäßig fest um die Spindel gewickelt und verbürgt dank seiner 85· guten Wicklungen eine gute Wellung.
