Dies geschieht in bekannter
geschwenkt.Take-up device The invention relates to a take-up device
for strip-like rolled material. In such devices, the winding drum when winding
lighter belts overhung on the shaft that drives them. When winding up
heavier belts, it is necessary to use the winding drum or the drum that drives it
Wave as a result of the strong belt tension occurring on the take-off side of the winding drum
to prevent the shaft from sagging. This happens in a familiar
Way through a swiveling support bearing, which is turned over by hand when the winding collar
is to be withdrawn from the winding drum. This relocation of the support bearing of
Hand is cumbersome and takes a long time. According to the invention, the folding
the support bearing of the winding drum caused by the winding collar pushing device.
At the same time, the push-off device can be used in a manner known per se
move the winding drum arranged support device. The carrying device takes
on it the winding collar pushed off the winding drum. After removing the wrapping band
The pushing device and the carrying device are of the carrying device
moved back to their starting position and at the same time the support bearing in working position
panned.

für den abgeschobenen Wickelbund dienende Schlitten 23 (Abb. i und 2) angeordnet;
fest gelagerten Hebels 39 (Abb. 4, 5) an.
verriegeln. The reel device consists of the winding drum i, which is arranged on the shaft 2. One end of the shaft 2 is mounted in the housing 3 and carries the gear wheel g, which is driven by the gear wheels io, 1i, 12 from the shaft 13 (Fig.3). The other end of the shaft rests in a bearing block q. Which is pivotable about the axis 5 arranged transversely to the shaft 2. The winding drum i carries on its end facing away from the bearing block ¢ a ring 6 displaceable parallel to the shaft 2, on which two rods 7, 8, which are arranged on both sides of the shaft 2 and which are provided with teeth 7 ', 8' at the bottom, engage. The teeth on the shaft 1q engage in this toothing. (Fig. Q.) Mounted gears 15 or 16. A rod i7 is mounted below the shaft 2 of the winding drum i and is provided at the top with a toothing 17 '(Figs. I and q.). With this the gear 18 is in engagement, which by the gears ig, 2o with the on the shaft 1q. mounted gear 21 is in connection. A connecting rod 22 is at one end with the rod 17, at the other end with. the bearing block 4 is articulated. The carriage 23 (Figs. I and 2) serving as a support device for the pushed-off lap bundle is arranged under the winding drum i; on this seat bearing blocks 24 with support rollers 25. The carriage 23 is mounted on the table 26 so as to be longitudinally displaceable and has a toothing 23 'at the bottom, in which the gear 27 mounted on the table 26 engages. At the same time, the gear wheel 27 engages in a toothing 28 of the rod 17. The shaft 14 (Fig. 4), from which the movement for the rods 7, 8 and 17 is derived, carries a bevel gear 3o at one end. Bevel gears 32, 33 (FIGS. 3 and 5), which are loosely supported on shaft 31 arranged transversely to shaft 14, mesh with the bevel gear. The ends of the facing hubs 34 and 35 (Fig. 5) of the bevel gears 32, 33 are designed as coupling members. The correspondingly designed toothing of the bushing 36, which is axially displaceable but firmly mounted on the shaft 3i, can engage in the toothing of the hubs 34, 35. The fork-shaped end 37 of the lever 39 (FIGS. 4, 5), which is fixedly mounted on the shaft 38, engages the bush 36. This shaft 38 carries a lever 40 to the free end of which a rod 41 is connected (Fig. 3); this is articulated to a T-shaped lever 42 which can be pivoted about the axis 43. The shaft 31 carrying the coupling sleeve 36 is driven by the gear 44 attached to it by means of the counter wheels 45, 46, 47. The wheel 47 is rotated clockwise by the shaft 48 connected to the drive motor 49. The disk 50 is fixedly mounted on the shaft 14 (FIGS. 3 and 4) and has a cam 51 on its end face near the circumference. A roller 52, which is arranged at the free end of the lever 53 mounted on the shaft 38, protrudes into the circular path of the cam 51 (FIGS. 1, 2, 4). The shaft 38 carries a lever 54 (Fig. 1, 2) which is provided at its free end with notches 55 in which a spring-loaded pin 56 can engage in order to lock the lever 53 in the respective position.
Hebel 53 die strichpunktierte Stellung (Abb. i) einnimmt. Dabei wird der
Hebel 39
In seiner
jeweiligen Stellung wird der Hebel 53
durch den in eine der Rasten 55 des
Hebels 54 eindringenden Sperrstift 56 festgehalten.
The mode of operation of the device is as follows: While rolling stock is being wound onto the winding drum i, the bearing block 4, the push-off ring 6 and the support carriage 23 are in the position shown in FIG. When the rolling stock is wound up, the rod 41 is moved in the direction of arrow x (Fig. 3) by actuating the foot lever 42 and the shaft 38 is thereby rotated somewhat by means of the lever 4o, the lever 53 taking the dot-dash position (Fig. I). The lever 39 is pivoted and couples the bushing 36 sitting on the rotating shaft 3i with the gear wheel 32. This drives the shaft 14 (Fig. 4) and the wheels 15, 16 and 21 and the latter sitting on it via the bevel gear 3o by means of the wheels 2o and ig the gear 18. The wheels 15, 16 move the rods 7, 8 coupled to the push-off ring 6 in the direction of the arrow x and the wheel 18 moves the rod 17 in the opposite direction. The consequence of this is that the rods 7; 8 the ring 6 is moved forward and pushes the winding collar W from the drum i. At the same time, due to the opposite movement of the rod 17, the bearing block 4 is pivoted downward in the direction of arrow z (Fig. I) and the support carriage 23 is displaced in the direction of arrow x. When the moving parts 6, 4 and 23 have reached the position according to Fig. 2, the winding collar is pushed off the drum i and rests on the carriage 23, it has then completed the disc 50 in the direction of arrow y and the lever 53 in the position according to Fig. 2 pivoted. The shaft 38 then rotates in the sense of disengaging the coupling sleeve 36. There is no longer any movement of the push-off ring 6, the bearing block 4 and the table 23, which are in their end position (Fig.2). The collar can now be lifted off the slide 23. If the ring 6 and slide 23 are to be moved back to their starting position and the bearing block 4 is to be swiveled back into its working position (Fig. I), the rod 41 is moved in the opposite direction to the arrow direction x with the corresponding actuation of the foot lever 42 and thereby by rotating the shaft 38 and pivoting of the lever 39, the sleeve 36 is now coupled to the bevel gear 33, which by means of the bevel gear 3o now rotates the shaft 14 in the opposite direction as before. The rods 7, 8 are now pushed back and the rod 17 advanced. At the same time, the control disk 5o is rotated in the opposite direction to the arrow direction y, and at the end of one rotation it again swivels the lever 53 so much that the coupling sleeve 36 (FIG. 5) is disengaged. The lever 53 is held in its respective position by the locking pin 56 penetrating into one of the notches 55 of the lever 54. The drive for the ring pushing device is arbitrary, it can, for. B. by water pressure, compressed air, by electrical means or by other means.
