Durch den Kork oder Glaspfropfen einer kleinen Flasche führt eine hohle Röhre ungefähr bis zum Boden. An dem unteren Ende dieser Röhre befindet sich eine entsprechende Kapsel, in welche eine zweite cylindrische, kurze Röhre, welche 2 bis 3 cm über der Aufsenröhre hervorragt, mündet. Eine Spiralfeder drückt die innere Röhre beständig nach oben. In der Construction Fig. 2 ist am Boden der Kapsel ein Ventil b' angebracht. Beim Drucke auf den Knopf k steigt die Flüssigkeit in der inneren Röhre α in die Höhe und gelangt durch die kleinen Oefmungen 00 zerstäubt zum Austritt.
