Diese Höchsttemperatur ist für die einzelnen Kohlensorten verschieden und muß jeweils durch Versuche bestimmt werden. Sie ist aber in jedem Fall so hoch, daß die aus der Kohle erzielbare Teerausbeute praktisch nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
