Description
Cold room with a perforated false ceiling below the ceiling In cold stores, the goods (especially the meat) are kept fresh Condition, the uniformity of the cooling of the refrigerated goods and the effectiveness of the whole System, i.e. the consumption of refrigeration units, depends largely on the correct air movement in the refrigerator compartment, regardless of whether it is just natural or artificial drafts is used. If there are dead spaces in the refrigerator, which cool ones Air is not swept to the same extent as the other parts of the refrigerator, so the refrigerated goods located at this point are not cooled sufficiently, or the whole room must be brought to an even cooler temperature so that refrigerated goods located in the dead space are sufficiently cooled. Another evil is that with the introduction of warm. Chilled goods, especially freshly slaughtered Meat, the moisture deposited on the already chilled goods and thereby the durability is impaired. Attempts have already been made to remedy these abuses to eliminate that in the cold room below the ceiling an openwork and adjustable False ceiling for the dissipation of warm and humid air through the openings this false ceiling through and to adapt the air movement to the respective Requirements is arranged. The invention relates to such cold rooms and aims to better meet the requirements to be placed on such cold rooms, that in the whole room an even suction of the humid and warmed air and consequently, at the same time, a steady after-flow and a steady flow Distribution of cold and dry air can be guaranteed.
The invention also seeks to create an artificial draft usually to make superfluous, which is because of the low air speed a Very good controllability of the air flow is a prerequisite, if uniform ventilation and cooling should be achieved.
According to the invention are below the inclined, after the cold generating point towards the rear, that is, ceiling panels that rise towards the rear are installed at a distance from one another, which are shaped in such a way that they remove the moist and warmed ones beneath them Allow air to flow out immediately and its distance from the ceiling as well as can be regulated by the next plate. The plates are supposed to easy to manufacture and easy to install according to the invention; it should be yours Altitude, their inclination and their mutual distance can be regulated, and they should be easy to remove and replace for cleaning. By the arrangement according to the invention is also increased the draft and thereby in usually made the use of an artificial draft superfluous. Of course can, if the performance of an existing system is to be increased even further, too the natural draft created by the new system is still due to the installation of a Fan o. The like. Be reinforced.
The invention is shown in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment.
Picture i is a longitudinal section through a cold room.
Fig. 2 is a longitudinal section corresponding to Fig. I through a transverse plate drawn on a larger scale.
Bild .3 ist ein Querschnitt durch den oberen Teil des Kühlraumes nach Linie 3-3 des Bildes i.Fig. 3 is a cross-section through the upper part of the cold room according to Line 3-3 of the picture i.
The cooling system [is] located in space 23. The actual cold room 5 is separated from the space 23 by the wall 6. The refrigerated goods are through the door 7 brought into room 5. The ceiling 8 rises in the direction towards the room 23 something on. There are wall strips on the side walls 9 and io (see Fig. 3) of the refrigerator compartment i i and 12 fastened, for example, from cement or screwed-on angle iron, the one to the front, i.e. from room 23, to the opposite door wall of the refrigerator compartment to increase. The wall strips i i and 12 are used to support transverse panels. the In the illustrated embodiment, transverse plates have a trapezoidal cross-section. You can, as shown in the exemplary embodiment. from a wooden frame 13 exist, which on all sides with plates, z. B. made of asbestos slate, clad and is hermetically sealed. In the drawing, the lower plate is marked with 14, the front end wall panel at 15, the top panel at 16 and the rear end wall panel with 17, the left side plate with 18 and the right side plate with i9. A height-adjustable plate 22 is also attached to the end wall 17 in such a way that that it protrudes downward over the lower surface of the transverse plate. As a result of adjustability the plate 22 can be the height of the strip by which the plate 22 protrudes downwards, can be set differently. If you want to do without the adjustability of this plate, so the plate 17 itself can be given such a height that it is downward protrudes. The transverse plates are either directly on the wall strips i i and 12 or after placing strips 2o made of wood o lightly inserted, lightly - e.g. B. for the purpose of cleaning - removed and easily be replaced. The height of the individual panels can be determined by the choice of underlying, on the consoles i i and 12 resting strips 2o regulated arbitrarily will. The inclination of the transverse plates can also be regulated by using the strips 2o itself is wedge-shaped. Likewise, the distance between the plates can be and thereby the size of the spaces between the plates interposed small pieces of strips 2 i made of wood o. The like. Are regulated.
As can be seen from picture i, the height of the between the transverse plates and the ceiling 8 remaining space due to the slope of the ceiling 8 and the opposite Inclination of the bars i i and 12 to the rear, i.e. in the direction of the cooling system q. to, gradually bigger. By the remaining between the individual transverse plates Gaps can be the moist and underneath the relevant transverse plate warmed air escape immediately upwards. Moving on to the sloping lower plate i ¢ ascending air forward to under the next transverse plate is prevented by the plate 22 protruding downwards. The air is now in Direction of arrows I sucked up. By the narrowing, which at the rear End of each transverse plate due to its trapezoidal shape between the transverse plate and the space located in the ceiling experiences the speed of the air flow slightly enlarged at this point and thereby the suction effect on the neighboring one Increased passage opening.
As a result of the even suction of air through all openings the incoming cold air is also caused to distribute itself evenly. the at one point, for example by bringing in fresh meat greater heat is not transferred to the neighboring fields, so that. the warmed up and humidified air is sucked off immediately and a corresponding amount is colder and dry air flows in.
