Description
Flexible bracket connection for iron, consisting of profile iron Pit lining The present invention relates to an improvement on the known flexible connection for iron pit lining, especially for round lining, with mostly four-part rings made of profile iron and just as many flexible connections with lugs and pinchwoods, which have the purpose of relieving the rock pressure that occurs catch by pushing the individual ring pieces together. The one about the ring pieces Corresponding brackets are therefore with elongated holes for guiding the connecting screws Mistake. Then is in the between the, tabs and the butt surfaces of the profile iron formed space a pinch wood inserted, which when the mountain pressure occurs is pressed together, whereby the tabs are guided in the elongated holes. at However, when the flaps are placed directly on the bridge, the pinch wood only receives the Strength of the profile iron web and consequently cannot absorb high pressure, so that the resilience of the connection is already over when the mountain pressure affects. This disadvantage is made up by the one described below and in the accompanying one Drawing in Figs. I to 3 illustrated invention of a flexible connection avoided with brackets and washers for iron pit lining.
The profile iron aa are connected to one another by two screws cc each through the tabs bb provided with elongated holes, which are placed on both web sides. In order to make the connection as flexible as possible, the pinch wood d inserted between the tabs, which normally has the thickness of the web, is considerably widened, which is achieved by using special washers between the tab and web with two bores for inserting the connecting screws cc are placed, which cut off with the abutment surface of the profile iron and are bent over at the ends at ff. Special washers between the washers and the web are used to secure the required screw tightening. By using this support iron, the pinch wood d becomes much wider, so that when a connection is pushed together, a considerably greater pressure can be absorbed, the bent ends ff of the support iron ee still exerting a resilient effect.
