Um eine Beschädigung des Pakkungsmaterials in Dichtungsbüchsen, welche das Innere von Zellstoffkochern abdichten, durch die Kochflüssigkeit zu vermeiden, ist es erforderlich, ein Schmier- und Dichtungsmittel zu verwenden, das einerseits das Pakkungsmaterial nicht beschädigt und andererseits auch keine nachteiligen Verunreinigungen des Kocherinhaltes verursachen kann.
