451362 bekannt, doch erfolgt hier die Be-
vorteilhafte Ausführungsform in Abb. i und 2
dargestellt.

Hydraulic press, especially for leather hic # ßrfindlm @ concerns a hydraulic press,

The piston 48 is loaded with a spring 49: the left cylinder 5o is connected to the discharge pipe 47 through a channel 5i and a cock 53. The piston rod 54 carries at its end. Rollers 55, through which the lever 41 is raised when the piston moves forward. The left cylinder space 5o is connected to the discharge pipe 47 by a ball valve 56 and the channel 46. The piston rod 54 is weaker on the piston than the piston guide 57, so that a connection between the cylinder chamber 5o and the discharge channel 46 is created along the piston rod when the piston 48 has covered a certain distance, but the valves 2 and i have not yet passed through the lever 41 are raised. The back-up valve 44 is raised in the lower position of the press table 14 by means of the lever 58.
Damit
Prel3druck liefert. The mode of operation of the device is as follows in the rest position
(Fig. 2) the valves 2, 3 and i are raised by the lever 41, so that the pressurized water
goes the easy way and through the drainage pipe 42 and the likewise raised
Valve 44, channel 46 and pipe 47 drains. The material to be pressed is now introduced into the gap 12
and the protective device ii pressed down, i.e. in the position shown in Fig. i
brought, the catch 40 is withdrawn and the lever 41 falls down. In order to
valves 2, 3 and i close. The pressurized water now flows, valve 3
lifting, through channels g and 6 after cylinder B. This causes the piston
K2 is raised and the press table is placed against the plate io. The one raised at the same time
Piston egg sucks through the line 33, the chamber 32 and while raising the
Saugven tils i through channel 31 liquid from the container R. Since the piston
fetzt can no longer go on, the pressure of the press water increases, so that
finally the piston 37 with the check valve 5 is raised and the press water
also gets under the piston K1, the suction valve i closes and the required
Prel3druck delivers.
bleibt also zunächst noch bestehen.
saugt. As soon as in the cylinders 7 and 8 and in the lines 35, 6 and c
the highest pressure has occurred, the piston 4, whose load is this highest
Pressure is set accordingly, lifted, takes the lüigel B1 with it and lifts
by means of the collar 28 dcts V ('ntil2, while valve 3 closes. The bounce pressure
so remains for the time being. Niminehr the pressurized water no longer flows in
the 1_line 9, but through the line 42 after the cylinder 43. The back-up valve
44 is no longer necessarily through due to the high position of the press table
the lever 58 is opened, on the other hand the load by the spring 59 now acts
off, so that the valve only at a certain pressure in the cylinder 43, which the
Spring pressure just overcomes, opens and thus this pressure in cylinder 43
holds. A pressure is therefore exerted on the piston 48; and this wanders now,
depending on whether the cock 53 is more or less open, faster or slower
to the left, since it only passes through to the same extent as the liquid from the cylinder space 5o
drains channel 51, tap 53 and channels 46 and 47; can go forward.
However, as soon as the larger part of the piston rod 54 has emerged from the guide 57
is, can that. Fluid from 5o through unhindered along the piston rod
the channels 46 and 47 flow off, so that the piston now shoots forward and the
Valves 3 and i are raised. The liquid from the press flows out of the
Cylinder 8 through channels 6, 9 and 42 while raising the only lightly loaded
Valve 44 through channels 46 and 47, from cylinder 7 through channels 33, 32
and 3i after the container R, so that .the press table sinks. After the press table
has reached its lowest level, the back pressure valve 44 is raised, the voltage
disappears in the space 43, and the piston 48 is through. the spring 49 in his
pushed right position, whereby through (read ball valve 56 the space 5o full of liquid
sucks.
