Description
Wandering expansion for mining impacts in the pit The migrating expansion consists of strong flat ropes, round ropes, sheet steel strips, wire mesh or Similar formwork, which, endlessly spliced, braided, riveted, screwed or permanently connected in some other way, with the help of the known recoverable Steel stamp stretched under the hanging wall of the deposit and if necessary is warped in a known manner. The endless formwork tape receives an excess Length, through which the immediate support of the exposed hanging wall progressive degradation is made possible. The stamps robbed at the offset become re-erected again with the endless bandage on the coal face being wound in advance.
The stamps under the working strip on the joint under which the Moving tusks and mining conveyors are not loosened, and where the adjacent rock is in use or swelling, the attachment rope can, if necessary, through wooden blocks stiffened between tape and punch.
Where the lying has to be cultivated, this can be done through accomplish second endless seizure band under the same mining stamps.
On the side of the old building, the scarf tape can be replaced with the familiar Offset wire to absorb the dry offset or with crates known Kind to delimit the flushing offset, which is provided with the progression the dismantling and the hiking of the expansion also hike and be re-paved.
The current state of the construction technology in mining areas is briefly as follows: Rigid wooden stamps with short head or long form timbers are provided, which support the hanging wall, partly break during the dismantling period and for other parts of the old building are lost. Slightly yielding ones are also common Wooden stamp with thick squeeze pads under the foot and over the head. These too Despite the resilience, punches often break and for the most part go together Formwork and warpage lost in the misalignment because they, like the very rigid punches, are also lost are difficult, costly and dangerous to rob under the pressure of the mountains. Resilient iron stamps or mixed wooden and iron stamps are also in use with squeeze pads, frictional resistance in clamping bands or wedge effect conical design of individual parts. These yielding supports usually bear also headwood or long formwork timbers with warping. You will be progressing with Dismantling stolen from the side of the old building and re-erected at the coal face. However, your headboards and formwork as well as the pinch pads cannot be reused. because they are crushed and weakened at the support points. Other types of expansion use long seizure irons that get stolen stamps and after loosening all supports are driven to the working face be on what you reattach the supports underneath. This expansion allows continuous Re-use of the attachment rails and the default, but worries the surrounding rock by falling in love with every meter and repeating itself in every row of stamps Loosening of the supports, which means falling stones and the risk of breakage. It is more expedient the wandering expansion with garnishment irons, which consist of individual pieces, which stolen on the backfill side and driven into the coal on the one hand on the fresh impact, on the other hand, be reconnected with the other attachment members. Need here the supports do not have to be loosened every time you hike, the support ring of the Link tips, however, on the brittle carbon and the wear-and-tear hook screw connections of the links represent weak, dangerous areas of the expansion. In addition a new support can only be placed when the impact occurs again is beaten to the length of a shuttering link. In some cases one also supports through So-called wooden pillars are removed, but this expansion of material and wages is very great expensive, even if it is recovered. But that doesn't always happen.
The two sketches in the drawing illustrate the nature of the new one Expansion, the migration of the fabric, the expansion, the offset cladding and the mining conveyor.
For the undivided moving of the conveyor, which is known per se, temporarily Auxiliary stamps to be provided are shown in dashed lines. They are placed in such a way that they allow a gradual lateral displacement of the conveyor line without to dismantle it and without disturbing the surrounding rock.
