Bei der Erfindung soll nun erzielt werden, daß die Kugellaufbahn gleichzeitig um eine festliegende horizontale und um eine festliegende vertikale Achse gedreht oder geschwenkt werden kann und daß der Rand der Kugellaufbahn bei der kombinierten Bewegung an dem Rande der Platte entlang gleitet, ohne mit dieser außer Berührung zu kommen.
