Bottle washing machine with liquid pump The invention is aimed
on a bottle washer with flush pipes and liquid pump. the
Invention makes of an alternating driving and sucking back of the cleaning fluid
Use; it is essentially characterized by the fact that during the lowering of the
Bottles over tubes located in a soft container which are connected to these tubes in
Connected liquid pump sucked back from the pipes to negative pressure
to produce in the bottles, thereby soft water in the bottles 2ü. pull, and
that the pump rinsing liquid during the rest and the lifting of the bottles from the tubes
through, which directs pipes into the bottles.
Die Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung beispielsweise veranschaulicht;
begriffen, Abb. q. Grundriß zu Abb. 3.The invention is illustrated in the drawing, for example;
there are: Fig. i Schematic representation of the rotary slide valve of the pump line,
set to push into the pipe system; the bottle is about to take off,
Fig. 2 plan to Fig. I, Fig. 3 schematic representation of the rotary valve of the
Pump line set for suction from the pipe system; the bottle is lowering
understood, Fig.q. Ground plan for Fig. 3.
The pipe system 62 with the spray pipes 62a is located in the soft container 61.
The pipe system is connected to the pump 63. Is in the connecting pipeline
for example, a rotary valve 64 switched on, which the suction and pressure lines
periodically switches from the pump to the container or pipe system, so that once
the pump sucks out of the pipe system and presses it into the container (Fig. 3 and 4), the
other times it sucks out of the container and pushes it into the pipe system (Fig. i and 2).
If the bottle to be cleaned is inserted in the basket through a
If the lifting mechanism is lowered, the rotary slide valve 64 is in the position of FIGS. 3 and
q .. The pump sucks out of the pipe system. Negative pressure is created in the lowered bottle,
whereby the soft water is drawn into the bottle. Is lowering the bottle
completely or almost finished or already at rest, or even at the beginning of the take-off,
the control spool switches to position Fig. i and 2. The pump presses
now the rinsing liquid in. the pipe system back and through the spray pipes 62 "
into the bottle and maintains this direction of flow until the next row of bottles
is placed over these pipes, in order then to the flushing liquid, as already described,
suck back again through the spray pipes 62 ″.
So that the gradually migrating in the direction of arrow A through the container 61
Bottles do not take flushing liquid out of the container, is the last or
even several of the last rows of pipes are no longer connected to the pump line,
but connected to a compressed air line, as in Fig. 2 or q. the pipe 65
with the spray pipes 65 "shows. Here the bottle also lowers as above the
previous rows of pipes, but is no longer with flushing liquid, but
blown out with air, so that the approximately from the previous spray is still in
rinsing liquid located in the bottle is expelled. The bottle is so if
it is lifted off the tube 65 ", completely empty. A carryover of flushing liquid
is therefore excluded.
