Description
The subject of the invention is insole and process for its production is an insole that is used in particular for gluing or sewing processes is suitable and which the shoe, which was previously due to the poor quality the insole was rigid and inflexible, among other advantages absolutely flexible power.
According to the invention, the front part of the insole, which consists of a especially thin leather layer and a thin leather strip running along the edge consists, by an intermediate elastic intermediate layer, which is known via an elastic ballast already contained in the insole for the whole Shoe expediently extends, connected to each other.
The invention and the novelty in its basic idea consists in that a conventional leather insole is split in its front part and between Because of their thinness, these two pieces of leather, which are flexible because of their thinness, have to be elastic Interlayer (such as rubber) is introduced, increasing the flexibility of the two Leather parts remain and the insole still has enough durability and offers resistance to workmanship. This is based on the following consideration: An approximately z to 3 mm thick leather sole, as used for insoles in general is stiff and brittle. If you split this leather sole into two equal layers, so each of these two layers is pliable and elastic, but not resistant enough to be processed into an insole. You now add between a thin rubber layer, for example, if these two layers remain Flexibility of the whole arrangement exists because the two leather layers, nevertheless they are firmly connected to each other by the rubber layer, always depending on the Can move the elasticity of the related rubber against each other.
As is known, the elastic intermediate layer expediently extends about the ball, which can consist of any elastic mass, which is the latter also known ".
The new insole offers the following advantages: It is extraordinary flexible, it is not heavy in weight, it prevents. any penetration of Moisture, it is easy to manufacture and is stable, which advantages below should be justified further.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is for example shown, an original model is also included.
Fig. i ist eine Unteransicht.Fig. I is a bottom view.
Fig. z ist ein Schnitt nach Linie A bis B in Fig. i.Fig. Z is a section along line A to B in Fig. I.
The insole consists of a leather layer a, which is made of either a coherent part or, as is known, can consist of two parts, the on the dash-dotted line G to D are connected to each other. The middle one front part of the leather layer rz can in the usual way with some elastic Ball mass b are provided. This ball-out mass is with a thin rubber layer c that extends to the edge of the sole. On this solid rubber layer c is attached a leather strip d running along the edge, which either consist of one piece or divided according to the dash-dotted line E to F. can be.
The new insole can be produced in the following way: An approximately 3 mm thick leather insole is punched in the usual form, leveled, glazed and the front part split up to the joint, so that a layer of about i mm thick remains on the sole while a second layer, also about 1 mm thick, falls off. The edge strip with a width of about 12 to 15 mm is punched out of the upper gap. Now the ball-out mass and a 0.5 mm thick solid rubber sole are punched out. These parts are put together in the following way.
On the front part of the insole there is an elastic in the middle Ausball b attached with glue. A solid rubber layer is applied over both parts, which extends to the outermost edge of the sole, glued. Finally the leather strip becomes d glued to the solid rubber layer c along the edge.
The flexibility of the insole produced in this way is brought about by splitting the front part a and inserting the solid rubber layer c. The overall arrangement of the sole, consisting of layers a, c and d , offers significantly less resistance to flexibility than a sole consisting of one piece, which has the same thickness as layers a and d put together. Due to its flexibility, the elastic ball b does not in any way hinder the bending of the insole. The new insole retains its shape because the leather edge d in conjunction with the rubber layer c and the. the actual sole offers sufficient resistance during manufacture and when worn. The presence of the leather strip d, however, is not only necessary to achieve the resistance, but also to make the insole usable for the gluing process. As is known, celluloid adhesive is not suitable for joining rubber and leather. However, the upper leather of the shoe is pinched onto the leather strip d with celluloid glue. As a result of the elastic balling and the use of rubber in the middle of the insole, the pressure exerted by the foot is significantly dampened, which means that the outsole is less likely to wear out than usual. The low weight is achieved in that the leather layer a is thin and the leather is punched out in the middle of the leather strip d. Since the elastic ballast is not heavier than the punched out leather, the insole with ballin compound and elastic intermediate layer is hardly as heavy as a conventional insole and the ball used in the shoe. As a result of the use of the rubber layer c, the insole is impermeable to water.
Thanks to the elastic ball b, the new insole has an orthopedic effect, because the foot is supported by a flexible cushion. The foot comes with the rubber not in contact, as it rests on the continuous leather layer a. The production the new insole is associated with very low costs because the elastic Ball is cheaper than the usual cork ball mixed with glue, the processing of the insole is also done more quickly and that with elastic Ball-off mass b provided shoe does not have to go through a drying process.
A new acquisition of machines for the production of the new insoles not necessary.
The main part a and the edge d will generally consist of leather, but the invention also extends to those insoles whose main part a and edge d consist of another suitable material.
