Description

Bei der Verarbeitung des Bauxits ist man allerdings in den meisten Fällen auf die Arbeitsweise mit Schwefelsäure beschränkt, da nur vereinzelte Vorkommnisse von Bauxit sich hinreichend auch mit Salzsäure aufschließen lassen; beim Aufschließen. mit Schwefelsäure ist für die Erzielung einer glatten Trennung von der Titansäure wichtig, daß eine verdünnte Schwefelsäure zur Anwendung gelangt.
