Description

Dampfmangel Nachtrockenmulden bei Zylinderdampf. mangeln sind bekannt, durch welche die Wäsche auf der Rückseite einer erneuten Erwärmung und Nachtrocknung unterzogen wird. Bei solchen Zylinderdampfmangeln ist an der Unterseite ein sogenannter Läufer vorgesehen, welcher die Wäsche über den Unterteil des Zylinders befördert und einem Muldenläufer aufgibt, der die Wäsche weiter über die Außenseite der Nachtrockenmulde befördert. Bei der bekannten Bauart ist die Nachtrockenmul@de in wesentlicher Entfernung von dem Zylinder der Dampfmangel angeordnet. Ferner erstreckt sich die Nachtrockenrnulde nur über einen geringen Teil des Zylinderumfanges und umfaßt letzteren lediglich an seiner unteren Mantelseite. Die Führungswalze für den Muldenläufer ist ferner unmittelbar an dem Ende der N achtrockenmulde angeordnet, welche die Abgabeseite für die Wäsche bildet. Diese Anordnung weist verschiedene Nachteile auf. Bei der bekannten Anordnung der Nachtrockenmulde zu dem Zylinder der Dampfmangel ist ein intensives Nachtrocknen nicht möglich, ferner wird die Bauhöhe der Mangel so groß, daß besondere Tritte für die Bedienungsperson erforderlich sind, damit dieselbe die Wäsche aufgeben kann, wodurch ein Gefahrenmoment in dem Betrieb geschaffen wird. Wenn die Wäsche die Nachtrockenmulde verläßt, so gelangt sie unmittelbar auf einen Ablegetisch und hat keine Zeit, zu entlüften. Die Wäsche, welche unmittelbar die Nachtrockenmulde verlassen hat, ist noch verhältnismäßig feucht und daher weich.
