Description

Ziegelstrangpresse für Hohlsteine Die Erfindung ist eine Ziegelstrangpresse zum Herstellen von Hohlsteinen und besteht darin, daß zwei in spitzem Winkel zueinander liegende, gegengleich gestaltete und gegengleich angetriebene Messerwellen verwendet werden. Hohlsteine, besonders große Hohlsteine, die aus einzylindrigen Ziegelstrangpressen kommen, zeigen vielfach Einbuchtungen der äußeren Wände nach innen; außerdem neigen die inneren Stege der Hohlsteine zum Reißen. Diese Mißstände-rühren daher, daß die größere Menge des Ziegelgutes durch die Schneckenflügel nach außen getrieben und das Ziegelgut deshalb außen mehr verdichtet wird als innen, im Bereich der Stege. Die Erfindung überwindet den Mißstand dadurch, daß das Ziegelgut durch die gegeneinander arbeitenden beiden Messerwellen stärker nach innen gedrängt und dort mindestens so gut verdichtet wird wie in dem äußeren Teil der Hohlsteine.Brick extrusion press for hollow bricks The invention is a brick extrusion press for the production of hollow stones and consists in the fact that two at an acute angle to each other horizontal, oppositely designed and oppositely driven knife shafts are used will.
