Description

Hierdurch wird die anklebende Fläche des Schneidgutes vielfach beschädigt und in ihrem Aussehen beeinträchtigt. Dies ist aber durchaus unerwünscht, da in vielen Geschäften, besonders in Feinkosthandlungen, großer Wert auf saubere und schön geschnittene Scheiben gelegt werden muß. Auch ist es erforderlich, daß mit dem Messer sowohl harter als auch weicher Käse geschnitten werden kann. Dies war aber bei den bekannten Messern nicht möglich. Um diese Nachteile zu vermeiden, besteht erfindungsgemäß das Messerblatt aus einem dünnen Stahlblech, das mit in Längsrichtung des Messers verlaufenden Wellen versehen ist, die eine Ablenkung der Scheiben bewirken, die nun nicht mehr am Messer ankleben. Diese Rippen versteifen nun gleichzeitig auch das Messerblatt, so daß mit dem dünnen Messer auch harte, widerstandsfähige Käsesorten geschnitten werden können. Es ist zwar schon bei Rasiermessern und Obstmessern bekannt, das Messerblatt durch Eindrücken von Rippen zu versteifen.
