Clamping device for carbonless bookkeeping with two independent
from each other and only at their ends on the support plate held clamping rails
The mounting of the clamping rail on the base plate selected in the main patent
Use of coil springs to press the rails down can be made by choosing
of leaf springs, which then simultaneously act as a lever arm for the clamping rails
to serve. It is known in clamping devices to arrange the clamping rails on leaf springs.
However, these are on top of each other for both clamping rails located next to each other
and are by means of the same screws or rivets on the stop bar of the base plate
attached. However, superimposing the leaf springs is not appropriate because
due to the leaf spring at the top of the rail on the right, also the rail on the left
located clamping bar for the copy sheet with influenced and their pressure
so that it is reinforced, which is not desirable because the first clamping rail
also has to keep up the color sheet, which is therefore under too strong pressure
the clamping rail pushes off. Rather, the aim is to apply pressure to both clamping rails
as evenly and independently as possible.
This achieves the present invention in that the leaf springs for
each clamping rail independent of those of the others and next to them on the stop bar
are attached to the base plate. Accordingly, the leaf spring arms are the first
Clamp rail no longer influenced by those of the second. It can be
Select all springs equally and therefore also the clamping pressure of the rails evenly
keep. In order to avoid sharp bends to clamp springs when lifting the clamping rails,
It is also advantageous to lift the clamping rails from the base
to design serving handles as roller levers, so that the leaf springs when lifted
the clamping rails experience a uniform curvature that extends across their whole
free length extends.
Die Unterlagplatte a weist
An ihren beiden Enden
The drawing shows the invention in an embodiment in Fig. 1 in top view and in Fig. 2 in a front view. The base plate a has on the left side, as usual, a stop bar a '. At both ends there are bearing blocks b, which can be made in one piece with the plate a. At o 'leaf springs lt' for the clamping rail c of the copy sheet and correspondingly longer leaf springs h " for the clamping rail d of the account sheet are attached to the bearing piston b. The leaf springs h ', Y " simultaneously form the support arms of the rails c and d. The rail c has a handle g and the rail d has a handle f. Both handles can be attached to the rails c or d with the same rivets or screws that are also used to connect the leaf springs to the rails. These handles only need to be at one end of the rails, at the same end or offset, as the example in Fig. = Shows. Then the handle g for the clamping rail c is at the top and the handle f for the clamping rail d is at the bottom. Naturally, the handles could also be attached to their clamping rails more towards the middle.
However, it is more expedient to arrange them over a leaf spring and
to design them as roller levers, d. H. with a sufficiently weak curvature, so
that the leaf springs located under the handles move when the handles are depressed,
following their curvature, lean against them and consequently no sharp kinks
experienced, so that there is a guarantee against breaking the springs. At the same time will
this limits the support of the handles and the stroke of the clamping rails.
