Description
Lock, especially for break-barrel rifles The invention relates to on a lock, especially for break-open rifles, and essentially consists of a peculiar design of the lock, which is particularly suitable for 1 Lassenherstelhzng and allows easy assembly and disassembly of the rifle. For this purpose are the trigger bars and those moving perpendicular to them Firing pin hammers in a common lock body resting on the receiver piece chambered, and the safety of the trigger bars is attached to the lock body hinged support causes that with your facing forward, with your upward protruding lugs provided arms in backward open, in their upper parts through a downwardly directed nose engages covered grooves and in the two limit positions is held by a resilient catch falling into corresponding notches. Of the Lock body is also designed according to the invention so that by fixing of the trigger guard by means of an axial displacement of the bolt cylinder of the rifle obstructive lock at the same time the fastening of the lock in the shaft accomplished will.
In the drawings, an embodiment of the lock is shown, namely at Fig. i a longitudinal section, Fig. 2 a horizontal section of the lock, Fig. 3 is a side view of the lock body, Fig. 4 is a plan view of the same, Fig. 5 and 6 end views of the lock body, Fig. 7 a plan view of the locking lever arrangement, Fig. 8 and 9 Sections along the lines z-z and y-y in Fig. I.
The illustrated embodiment of the lock is with a break-open rifle brought in connection, the barrels are embedded in a bearing piece 2, which rests in the side flaps of the receiver by means of a transverse pin. It should also be mentioned that the bores of the bearing piece 2 or the loading ends of the barrels i through pistons 7 are closed, which by a vertically penetrating them, with locking levers 9 equipped locking cylinder 8 are moved and that the parts io, ii of the Firing pin in the bores of the piston 7 or the locking cylinder 8 chambered are.
The lock rests directly on the receiver. It consists of one lock body 13 resting against the receiver piece, in which the firing pin hammers 1q. are guided through openings 15 in the rear wall of the receiver on the firing pin part ii meet. On the back of the lock body there is a dovetail guide 16 (Fig. 7 and 8) a clamping plate 17 (Fig. 2) guided under spring action. Noses 18 the clamping plate meet when shifting the same backwards against approaches i9 the firing pin hammers 14 so that the latter are cocked.
This shifting of the clamping plate takes place in a manner known per se by means of the rod 2o, which is in a longitudinal bore of one of the side lobes of the receiver is guided, by means of a Winki # Ihebels such that when tilting the barrels the one arm of the angle lever pushes back the rod 2o.
The ones moved by the trigger arms 26 of the triggers stored in the lock Trigger bars 25 are according to the invention with the perpendicular to them moving Firing pin hammers 14 chambered in the lock body 13 and are in the relevant Chambers of the lock body inserted through an opening 24 from above. For the sake of security of the lock mechanism are the trigger bars, each with one open to the rear and in its upper part covered by a downwardly directed nose groove Mistake. In each of these grooves engages one of a pivotable about the pin 32, fixable by a resilient lug 34 in the securing and unlocking position and from the lock cylinder 8 actuated support 31 projecting arm 33 with his upwards protruding approach.
The upper end of the lock cylinder is used to operate the support 8 in a known V (trip) provided with an eccentric recess 27 (Fig.7), in which the end of a resiliently influenced bolt 28 lies, which is in the receiver is led. When opening the breechblock and turning the breechblock cylinder presses the transverse wall of the recess 27 the bolt 28 back and pushes this on a slidable mounted rail 29, with which the arm 3o of the support 31 is articulated. The position of the support 31 is fixed in that the resilient, displaceable on it Knagge 34 pressed against a notched detent 35 of the lock body will.
When the lock is open, the parts of the fuse take the positions shown in Fig. i in the dashed line position, the rifle is then locked, see above can the trigger bars by moving the rail 29 by means of the known trigger 36 can be unlocked again.
The lock body is on the shaft according to the invention by the The end of the trigger bracket 37 held at the same time as the locking cylinder 8 by a lock cylinder rotatably mounted in the front tab of the lock body lock 38 preventing axial displacement is set stationary. To this Attention is the rear end of the lock body (lock tail 39) with the rear The end of the trigger guard 37 is bolted, which carries a pin 40 at this point, which engages in a slide 41 guided on the lock tail. In the assembled position the end of the slide 41 is supported against a plate held in the shaft 42 from. In this way, by simply releasing the lock 38 and folding it down of the trigger guard 37, the lock body with the lock mechanism can be removed.
