Abstract
The vehicle has a damping device provided with torsion dampers (7, 8) such that relative movements between a bogie frame (1) and a railcar body (3) are damped in a longitudinal direction. Front attachment points of the dampers are attached to front part of the bogie frame pointing to a center of the railcar body based on the longitudinal direction. Rear attachment points of the dampers are attached to a rear part of the railcar body pointing to a nearest end of the railcar body based on the longitudinal direction.
