Abstract
The system has an exhaust gas recirculation valve with a single valve unit (10) that closes an exhaust gas recirculation line. A by-pass valve (12) is separated from the recirculation valve and closes a cool line and/or a by-pass line. The recirculation valve and the by-pass valve are arranged in a common valve housing (18). A lid axle of the by-pass valve is supported in a pivot axle of the recirculation valve. The lid axle and the pivot axle have a common axle center point.
