Abstract

The aim of the invention is to provide a hand towel dispenser that provides the user with a hand towel loop (4) that is easy to handle. To this end, an additional loop (1) is formed inside the dispenser (100). When the hand towel is pulled out, said additional loop almost disappears and then re-forms after the towel has been used. A spring-mounted roller (2) is provided for this purpose. Said roller releases temporarily used towel (T') for forming a loop, in order to avoid using an unnecessarily long piece (T) in the loop (4).
