bilden die beiden Kettenfädengruppen einen bis zum Warenrand offenen Fachwinkel;
erzielt.Loom The invention relates to looms of the type in which two consecutive sheds are formed by two warps at an angle to each other, into which a weft is entered simultaneously or shortly after each other, of which the first one is struck, followed by the change of subject rear shot is struck. Serve for professional training. These looms have two shedding combs with perforated needles, of which the warp threads of one group are guided in one and the warp threads of the other group in the other. If the two shedding combs are at some distance from one another, namely the front, ie the one closer to the fabric edge, higher than the one further back, the two warp thread groups form a shed angle that is open to the edge of the fabric; but if the two shedding combs are moved towards one another, the warp threads guided in one shedding comb enter between two warp threads of the other shedding comb. As can be easily understood,] the chain density should not be taken too high, otherwise there is a risk that the needles will break when the needles of the shedding combs move against each other; of one of the specialist training groups does not exactly enter the underlying gap in the warp threads of the other specialist training group. This is particularly to be feared at the edge of the shedding combs, because here by the contraction of the fabric: a pull on the edge warp threads arises towards the middle of the fabric. If a perforated needle of one shedding comb occurs between other than the gap intended for it between two warp threads of the second shedding comb, the warp threads overlap and a false twisting effect is achieved.
To avoid these incorrect movements of the individual needles and
so that a closer position of the individual needles are made possible according to
the invention special guide rails are provided for the needles.
The innovation is shown on the drawing. It shows fig. I a
Side view with exploded shedding combs, Fig. 2 is a side view
with shedding combs pushed together, Figure 3 is a top view and Figure 4 is a
perspective view of the guide rail.
The two warp thread groups are designated with i and 2 and with 3 and 4 the two shedding combs serving as shedding means, in whose perforated needles 6, 7 the warp threads are guided. According to the invention, guide rails 5 are arranged in front of the shedding combs, which are designed like a comb and in whose gaps the perforated needles 6 and 7 of the shedding combs are guided . The gaps in the guide rails are narrow so that the needles cannot be bent sideways. Under certain circumstances, the comb-shaped part of the guide rails can also be closed at the front so that the perforated needles are completely enclosed. For the arrangement of the guide rails it is essential that at the beginning of the shedding of the chain threads the needles are guided as close as possible to the head. The guide rails can be fixed. If, however, the formation of a very high subject becomes necessary, it is advisable to move the guide rails in the opposite direction to the subject training combs so that they do not hinder the subject training.
The contraction of the fabric 8 can be clearly seen from Figure 3.
