in entsprechender Weise verringert.
Chiller with compound compressor is used for chillers
Compound compressors on, it follows that the low-pressure cylinder when starting
the refrigeration machine initially has a lot to do in terms of kilograms, since when starting up
the pressure on the evaporator side is determined by the outside temperature and thus
the specific weight of the refrigerant is very high. As a result, the prime mover
to apply a very high performance just when starting, so that you can apply
a motor with a very high torque. It can in this case
the compression ratio of the low pressure cylinder is sufficient
Compress gas to or beyond the amount that the high pressure cylinder can compress
should take over. Especially with slide control or specially controlled valves
the high pressure cylinder will then exert a braking effect because the pressure is already applied
exceeds the amount that forms the limit pressure in the system. This disadvantage
can now be remedied if, when starting up the refrigeration machine, the amount of refrigerant
which the low-pressure cylinder takes over, initially by throttling the intake cross-section
reduced in a corresponding manner. On the one hand, you then have the option of a
To use motor with low torque, while on the other hand the disadvantageous
Braking effect of the high pressure cylinder avoided and this rather from the start
is used to account for a certain proportion of the overall compression ratio to be overcome
to take over. As soon as the pressure on the suction side of the low-pressure cylinder has decreased
it then appears desirable, however, that the throttling is removed.
This can be achieved if an additional line is provided on the suction line,
which comes into effect at the appropriate time as a bypass line for the throttle device.
This bypass line can be controlled by an automatically operating valve
take place, which works appropriately under the influence of a membrane, on the one hand
the atmospheric pressure or a corresponding spring pressure and on the other hand the evaporator pressure
is exposed.
There will also be a bypass line for the high pressure cylinder
provide, which on the one hand to the between high uni low pressure side .eineschalten
Sensor and other side connected to the pressure line of the high pressure cylinder
is. In this line, a pressure valve is switched on at the transducer, which the
Releases bypass line as soon as the pressure in the transducer has already reached the value
which only reached through the high pressure cylinder
shall be.
In this way the braking effect which the high pressure cylinders have is completely eliminated
could exert on the drive mechanism.
A corresponding embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. In this, a denotes the compound compressor with, the low-pressure cylinder a1 and the high-pressure cylinder a2; b is the transducer connected between the two cylinders. In the suction line c of the low-pressure cylinder, a throttle element d is inserted, which can see permanently set after appropriate tests. This throttle element is assigned a bypass line e into which a diaphragm-controlled valve is finely inserted, the membrane of which is on the one hand under atmospheric pressure and on the other hand under the evaporator pressure. At the beginning of the working process, the pressure cylinder can only suck in a quantity of refrigerant which is determined by the throttle element d. As soon as the pressure on the evaporator side has decreased accordingly, the correspondingly set valve f gradually releases the bypass line, with the result that the throttle element then becomes ineffective. The bypass line e can, of course, deviate from the schematic representation so that it is connected on the one hand directly to the evaporator and on the other hand again behind the throttle element, thereby avoiding possibly occurring pulsations in the suction line.
Ventil i angeordnet ist.
Between sensor b and pressure line g of the high pressure cylinder is
the bypass line 1a is provided, in which a controlled by the pressure in the transducer
Valve i is arranged. As soon as the pressure in the transducer exceeds the amount
which is only to be generated by the high-pressure cylinder, this valve is opened,
so that the refrigerant bypasses the high pressure cylinder and a reaction of the piston
is thus excluded in the high pressure cylinder.
