Gearboxes, especially for motor vehicles gearboxes,
in which the transmission ratio between the driving and the driven
Wave can be changed continuously, are already known. However, they have the disadvantage
that while the speed of rotation of the driving shaft remains the same, the driven shaft
Shaft does not perform perfectly uniform motion, i.e. H. the speed of rotation
the driven shaft changes with each revolution by a more or less large one
Amount between a highest and a lowest angular velocity. It is
apparently that this peculiarity makes such gears practically unusable,
but at least severely restricts their usability. Especially with motor vehicles,
in which these gears run at high speed, the uniform
Speed of rotation of the driven shaft is an absolute requirement.
The object of the invention is to avoid this bad situation. the
Invention makes of the known arrangement of a cam on the driven
Wielle use. The lever arrangement is chosen so that at every gear ratio
the speed of rotation of the driven shaft always remains the same.
I Abb.2 in der Draufsicht.
18 gleiten, in Bewegung.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment.
Fig. I shows the transmission according to the invention in side view, specifically in section,
I Fig.2 in plan view. The driving shaft is denoted by i, the driven one
with 24th, the lever linkage transmitting the movement, with 6, 9, io and 2o. The mode of action
is as follows: The cam disks 2, which are stuck on shaft i, are shaped in such a way that
that there is a uniform movement of the shaft in every position of the rocker arm
24. evoke. They each have a groove q. Into which the one on the Sc'hubstangenkopf 5 sits
Guide pin 3 engages, which in turn at. Movement of the cams 2 the
Push rods 6, which are slidably mounted in the bearings 7, 8, in a back and forth
walking movement offset. In the bulge of the push rods 6 are drivers
arranged, by the movement of the push rods 6, the rocker arm 9 in
Vibration can be set. The rocker arms 9 are on the shaft io, which are not
rotate, but can be changed in their position, movably mounted. With the vibration
put the rocker arm 9 movable around the shaft io the push rods 2o, which through
the bolts 21 with the driver arms 23 of the switching mechanism 22, 26, 25 inevitably
are connected and in the rotatably arranged bearings seated on the arms 19
18 slide, in motion. The connection of the push rods 2o by the bolts 2 i
with the driver arms 23, which in turn are rigidly connected to the driver rings 22
are, causes the reciprocating movement of the push rods 2o also a similar
Movement of the driving arm 23
and the driver rings 22. The
Driving rings 22 clamp the rollers 26 when moving in the direction of the arrow
to the saw-shaped wheels 25, which in turn are neither firmly seated on the shaft 2 ¢,
and thereby transfer their movement to the shaft 2q .. At. the movement of the
Drive ring 22 opposite to the direction of the arrow detach the rollers 26 from
the saw-shaped wheels 25 and hinder the rotation of the shaft, 24 "which is driven by the
opposite rotation has arisen, in any way.
When arranging three. Cam disks 2, their axes by 12o ° against each other
are offset, and the lever systems required for this must be used when the shaft rotates
i always have at least one system on the 2 q. act moving.
schnelleren Lauf der Welle 2q..The change in speed of the shaft 24 is achieved by shifting the position of the non-rotatable while. The rack 13 is by the gear 15, which can be operated from the outside via the bevel gears 16, in the bearings 12, i q. sliding back and forth at will. Due to the connection ii nuit of the wave io, this must necessarily join in the movement. If the position of the shaft i ö is changed, then the lever arm lengths 9 between the shaft io and the drivers - of the two scbw rods 6 and 2o - also band. Since the back and forth direction of the push rods 6 always remains the same at a constant speed of rotation of the shaft z: large and equally fast, the oscillations of the levers 9 are all the same. become larger, the closer the shaft can be pushed to the push rods 6. At the same time, the shaft io is further and further removed from the push rod head 27, that is to say, too. the greater the path that the push rod heads 27 have to perform because they attack from the pivot point of the Hebelg. However, this again causes faster movement of the Mitnehrner 23, 22 via dhq push rod 20, so a faster run of the shaft 2q ..
