Description
Laufradbafestigung -für Kreiselpumpen Bei Förderung heißer Flüssigkeit und Verwendung von Material mit verschiedener Wärmedehnungszahl für Wellen und Laufräder ergibt sich die Schwierigkeit, daß die Laufräder durch Erwärmung locker werden, wenn die Wärmedehnungszahl des Laufradmaterials größer ist als diejenige des Wellenmaterials. Uri diese Schwierigkeit zu beheben, erhalten die Räder keine auf der Welle befestigte Radnaben, sondern es wird die an sich bekannte Befestigung mittels Distanzbüchsen verwendet, und die Distanzbüchsen werden erfindungsgemäß aus einem Material hergestellt, das etwa die gleiche Wärmedehnungszahl besitzt wie die Welle. Der die Laufräder haltende Teil der Distanzbüchsen kann zweckmäßig mit Schlitzen versehen werden, um eine größere Nachgiebigkeit in radialer und auch in axialer Richtung zu erzielen, so daß eine Wärmedehnung der Laufräder erfolgen kann, ohne daß übermäßig große Spannungen in den die Räder haltenden Distanzbüchsen auftreten.Impeller mounting - for centrifugal pumps When pumping hot liquid and using material with different thermal expansion coefficients for shafts and impellers, the problem arises that the impellers become loose due to heating if the thermal expansion coefficient of the impeller material is greater than that of the shaft material.
