Description

Device for the biological purification of waste water with activated sludge In the main patent, a device and a method is described in which the biological Purification of wastewater with revitalized sludge and the regeneration of the exhausted Sludge takes place in different rooms, which become a hydraulic unit forming structure are united. The wastewater to be cleaned is several times in a row revitalized mud added after each previous the bulk of the exhausted Sludge has been separated from the wastewater. It has been shown here that it is expedient is, the wastewater to be cleaned is very often new again and again adding active sludge and soon separating the exhausted sludge from the wastewater.

According to the present invention, this is thereby achieved in a simple manner achieves that the regeneration space in its upper part as proportionate narrow slot is formed. This gets the wastewater all the way active sludge at every point in the longitudinal direction from the inlet to the outlet newly added that in the shortest possible time after it has done its job, flows back into the regeneration room. In such a device takes place a systematic structure of the cleaning takes place, d. H. those organisms which who have to do the rough cleaning work in the front part of the regeneration room and get back into this, while after the expiration the organisms for the finer cleaning can be found and also held there. These are a lot more sensitive and would z. B. by the presence of hydrogen sulfide, such as it can easily be destroyed in the first stage. In the long run Paths from the inlet are naturally to be found in transition zones. Through this extensive The division of labor and specialization of the organisms decreases the sensitivity of the process with changing concentration of the wastewater significantly, since the special trunks are more resistant. It is also of great importance that in the device according to the invention, discharge devices above the slot structure are arranged, whereby the active mud spreads over the entire width of the pool distributed and as a veil through @ 'that is in very slight longitudinal movement Sewage flows through it. The exhausted sludge enters the regeneration room again at g c and, after it has become active, goes through the cycle again.

In der Abbildung ist eine Ausführungsform dargestellt. An embodiment is shown in the figure.

Abb. i ist ein Querschnitt. Abb. 2 ein Längsschnitt und Abb. 3 ein Grundriß der Anlage.Fig. I is a cross section. Fig. 2 is a longitudinal section and Fig. 3 is a Floor plan of the plant.

Mit h ist die Druckluftleitung bezeichnet.a is the cleaning room in which the wastewater to be cleaned is with low longitudinal speed moves. c is the space for regeneration of the exhausted Mud. f are partitions that separate the two rooms from each other. Through the Slots g through which the active sludge returns to the regeneration room, are they connected to each other. The ventilation systems are located in the bottom of room c d, whereby the air is fed into the regeneration room in fine distribution. The air is necessary for the regeneration of the sludge. She will be at the same time used to lift the mud above the water level, so that the mud can get into space a. i is a deflector through which the sludge is distributed over the entire width of the pool. The compressed air line is designated by h.
