Description

Verfahren und Einrichtung zum gasdichten Austragen des im Sammelraum von Gasreinigungsanlagen abgeschiedenen Staubes durch Ausschleusen Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren, um den im Sammelraum von Gasreinigungsanlagen abgeschiedenen Staub durch Ausschleusen abzuführen untl dadurch den Zutritt von Außenluft zu verhindern. Dieses Ausschleusen geschieht bisher entweder durch zwei am Austrittsende de. Sammelraumes übereinander angeordnete Schieber o. dgl.. die abwechselnd geöffnet und geschlossen werden, oder durch umlaufende Zellenräder an den Staubaustrittsstellen. Die Schieber bzw. die Zellenwände stellen die Schleusentore der Staubschleuse dar. Ferner ist es bekannt, als Verschlußmittel den Staub selbst zu verwenden. Bei dem Verfahren nach der Erfindung wird das die Außenluft fernhaltende Ausschleusen ohne Zuhilfenahme der bekannten, die Anlage komplizierenden und die Bedienung erschwerenden Vorrichtungen mittels des Abscheidegutes selbst derart durch geführt, daß an der Austrittsstelle des Abscheidegutes aus diesem durch einen hin und her gehenden Körper durch Pressung ein Strang gebildet wird, der die Rolle des äußeren Schleusentores übernimmt. Diese Strangbildung hat den besonderen Vorteil, daß durch das Zusammenpressen das Volumen des Staubes vermindert und infolgedessen die Staubabfuhr vereinfacht wird.
