In diesem
welche diesen Beanspruchungen widersteht.
Früchte usw., in Frage.Container for storing liquid, powdery or granular,
substances with a tendency to develop gas
liquid, powdery or granular solid, especially for gas development
There was a tendency for substances to persist in the container, as shown in the example
by soldering the lid, there is a risk that the inside
The gases evolving from the container gradually reach a pressure that makes it more resistant
of the container material exceeded, so that the container destroyed and deprived of its purpose
became. Closures such as screw closures or the like have also been proposed,
but which had the disadvantage that they created an overpressure inside the container
not released to the atmosphere in time. There are also known closures
where the external air pressure is used to seal the container
became; However, this four-lock type had the disadvantage that the one to be provided inside the container
Negative pressure had to be generated very unintelligible by boiling and pumping out that
on the other hand, the negative pressure was very difficult to maintain, because the
sealing agents failed in the long run. After all, it has already been suggested
the exposure or the closure of a central cover opening through after two end positions
Ztt achieve deflections of an elastic organ that are brought about. In this
The trap, however, was the elastic organ in the form of a resilient membrane
clamped in the closure cap so that it assumed an annular configuration.
However, such an annular configuration is unsuitable when the closure cap
lifted by bending this organ. and should be lowered. These are very
great forces are necessary, once more than those usually available
Hand strength, while at other times a clamping is difficult to carry out,
which withstands these stresses. All the disadvantages of the known facilities
avoids the invention in that the elastic organ, through which after two
End positions brought about bending the exposure or the conclusion of a
central lid opening is reached by the clamped at its outer edge in the container
Container lid; is formed. Due to the large distance of the lid opening from
the clamping point of the elastic organ is responsible for the attacking hand force
large lever arm available, so that the resistance of the with respect to its shape
to be changed organ can be overcome with ease. The
closure formed according to the invention has the advantage. that none of the container itself
removable parts available
are so that the @ Vie.derverschluß
never through. Loss of any locking parts is in question. By design
the deflection, by choosing the container construction material, etc. you have it in your hand,
to allow the connection to be made so tight that any access of the outside air to the
Excluded in. the container introduced goods and thus a possibility to
Spoilage, fermentation or the like. of the stored goods is saved. By having a
overpressure occurring inside the container automatically
respectively. Outlet opening of the container required change of shape of the container lid
performs, this being done automatically after the excess pressure has been released to the outside
goes back into the closing position of the container opening, the container is preferably suitable
for the storage of substances which tend to develop gas. Such
Liquids are, for example, carbon disulfide, nitrogen oxide, ethyl chloride,
Isoprene; Nitrogen pentoxide is a granular substance that tends to develop gas
known. Particularly noteworthy among the organic substances are: ground coffee,
whose storage always causes particular difficulties, as well as Rüech salts,
Bath salts lo., Like. Since the container as a result of the automatic closure after
Discharge of the gases is particularly suitable for substances that easily ferment,
Food such as milk, fruit juices,
Fruits, etc., in question.
An advantageous embodiment of the container results when
the container lid is slightly arched and has a central opening, the more sharp-edged
Ring edge is in the 'concave bend of the lid to close the opening
against an abutment. The sharp-edged ring edge of the lid is useful
formed by the lower edge of a pouring funnel, which is attached to the lid opening,
connects.
The drawing shows, for example, an embodiment of the inventive concept
in a longitudinal section through a container. On the bottom of the can is an abutment
b put on, which carries a seal c at the top. The abutment can be a bolt or
as shown. Be pipe with openings, d. is provided so that the content
also "in: that tube d can penetrate and there is no loss of space. The easy
Arched can lid f is with the interposition of a resilient fold or fold
g firmly connected to the can jacket. The lid elf has an opening in the middle
with a funnel-like approach h, which for better grip at the upper end
may have a pressed Kreinpei. Below is the approach h an im around ttin
Cross-section wedge-shaped groove h impressed.
The illustration shows the can in the open state. The liquid
is filled up to about the level of the poeturic. Should the can be decided
so by pressing on the approach h the lid is drawn down into the dashed line
Bent position. The process is as follows: The slightly curved lid: sets
opposition to the effort to push it downwards. When pushing through
the curvature merges into a flat disk, the diameter of which is larger than that
of the domed lid, which is made possible by the resilient yielding at g.
The tension grows up to the moment when the horizontal position is exceeded
will. Then the lid can have its curved shape, but with deflection
below, accept again. It snaps down and presses the annular groove h into the sealing washer
e. In order to .hold a certain contact pressure, the seal is at such a height
arranged that the lid in the closed position not quite 'its old design
can accept again, but there remains an effort to move down further
bulge,, d. H. the height of the vault: l must be smaller than that of the vault m.
In the closed position, the attachment h does not protrude beyond the "can rim," so
that it cannot be bescliä: dygt. By sticking over the approach k. with a
'Sealing paper hoods are' the contents of the can 'from improper use
protected.
If the DO: se is to be reopened, the lid on the
Approaches h up again: pulled. 'A D.ase with .this' closure is suitable
can also be used to send 'organic substances that could develop gases',
such as B. ground coffee. Should develop inside Gaise, the 'one
Generate overpressure, "in this" first the downward curved cover
