Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Lötkolben, der mittels eines Heizbriketts erwärmt wird und mit einem den Raum zur Aufnahme des Heizbriketts abschließenden Deckel versehen ist, der an einer mit der Lötkolbenstange scherenartig verbundenen Stange befestigt ist. Beim Gebrauch des Lötkolbens ist es wichtig, den Deckel leicht öffnen und schließen zu können, ohne daß der Lötkolben aus der Hand gelegt werden muß. Wesentlich ist auch, daß der Deckel in der Schließlage so gesichert ist, daß das Heizbrikett nicht herausfallen kann, wodurch leicht Unglücksfälle hervorgerufen werden würden. Die Erfindung bezweckt, diese Aufgaben zu. erfüllen und macht Gebrauch von einem bei zangen- oder scherenartigen Geräten bekannten Schieberinge, welcher die Zangen- oder Scherenschenkel in der Schließlage sichert. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Griff der Lötkolbenstange mit einer Nut für den Eintritt des freien Deckelstangenendes und mit einer über die Nut axial verschiebbaren Hülse versehen, die bei vorgeschobener Stellung die Deckelstange in der Nut festhält, sonst aber in der zurückgeschobenen Stellung die Nut freilegt.The invention relates to a soldering iron which is heated by means of a heating briquette and is provided with a lid that closes the space for receiving the heating briquette, which is attached to a rod connected like scissors to the soldering iron rod.
