Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einem Uhrwerk, dessen Feder α, Fig. 4, in normalem Zustande gespannt ist und am Ablaufen durch den auf der- Achse b festsitzenden Hebel c, Fig. 1, 2 und 3, gehindert wird, indem der auf der Achse d sitzende Vorsprung e sich auf das freie Ende des Hebels c stützt. Die Achse b des Hebels c bildet auch die Drehachse des Ankers f eines Elektromagnetes g.
