Electromagnetic overcurrent switch with one when transferring the
Switch in the on position of the switch gear more strongly tensioned tear-off spring
to make tripping more difficult. Various power consumers generate when switched on
a power surge that is significantly higher than that of their normal consumption.
To this current surge on the tripping device of overcurrent switches ineffective
To do this, one provides these switches with a release mechanism that during
of the switch-on process comes into operation, but its effect at the end of the switch-on movement
is canceled immediately. Such a triggering difficulty is sufficient for metal filament lamps,
in which the current surge is extremely short, on the other hand, the same is sufficient for others
Electricity consumers, for example in: Short-circuit motors, in which the current surge
lasts for a long time, not off. Even such switches that you can use during the
Closing movement of the hand lever makes a pause to wave the trigger bar
and only then continue to watch the gearshift lever in the end position
your practical use does not.
The invention now aims to improve such overcurrent switches
to the point that one arm of one is firmly seated on the shift shaft and with his
other arm just inserting the switch: causing angle lever at the end of the
Switch-on movement via an angle lever the tear-off spring of the armature by any
holding the control handle for any length of time in the more tightly tensioned
Holds position and only after releasing the switch handle through the rear spring of the switch axis:
automatically returns to the rest position, removing the additional tension of the armature spring
returns. This means that you have it in your hand, the release mechanism in the on position
to work as often and for as long as you like.
Nase 2o vorgesehen.
i q. stößt.
An example of the application of the invention is shown in the drawing on an overcurrent switch with a toggle lever contact device, specifically Figs. to the base plate. On the shaft 18 of the switch toggle (Ab b. I) that protrudes outward and is held on an arm i 8a of the magnet io, a lever ig is provided with a nose 2o that recedes against it. The knee joint bracket i, which can be rotated around you, fixed axis 13, carries an upwardly projecting pin 1q. At its hinge point, engaging in the path of lever i9 , 24 is rotatable, one arm of which 2q. by means of the armature spring 25, the armature 8 carrying the advancing arm g is detected and the other arm 22 of which comes to rest in the region of the nose 2o of the lever ig by means of an upwardly extending pin 2 i. If the axis 8 is rotated either by the rotary switch or by a socket wrench in the clockwise direction, the lever ig first detects the protruding joint staple i 4. of the y-joint lever i, 2 and pushes this toggle lever down into the dead position, so that the Switch is in the on position (Fig. 2). During this rotation, the nose 20 struck against the protruding pin 2I of the lever 22 and pressed it to the side in such a way that the arm 24 was moved outwards to the side under the tension of the spring 2.5 (FIG. 2). If one then releases the shaft 18 standing under the action of a spring 26, the spring 26 rotates the axle 18 and the lever i9 with the lever 20 so far back until the latter against the pivot pin i q, which is now brought into the path of the nose 2o . bumps. At the same time, the lever 22 returns to its rest position, and the spring 25 is restored to its original initial tension. The switching elements are now in the on-switching position as shown in FIG. to push out of the dead position. But if the armature 8 is attracted by overcurrent or the joint is pushed out by turning the switch shaft 18 backwards, the movable contact part 7 jumps into the open position, and the lever ig with the nose 2o can return to the initial position, since now the pressed joint 1q. no longer inhibits the movement of the nose.
By tightening the armature spring 25 by the Hebe122 during
the switch-on movement is prevented that the switch is triggered by a switch-on current surge
is triggered. Does the current surge last longer, as occurs when motors start up
If this is the case, hold the lever in the end position until the overcurrent
is over. The invention does not apply to overcurrent switches with toggle contact devices
limited.
