Sammelvorrichtung für Briefe Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich
auf eine Sammelvorrichtung für Briefe, Karten o. dgl. Gegenstände und wird mit Vorteil
im Anschluß an ein Bandsortierwerk verwendet, wie sie in größeren Postanstalten
zum Sortieren der Briefe benutzt werden. Bekanntlich findet die Sortierung der Briefe
in der Weise statt, daß zunächst eine Grobsortierung vorgenommen wird. Nach der
Grobsortierung findet die Feinsortierung statt. Die bei der Grobsortierung anfallenden
Briefe werden mittels Zubringerbänder den Feinsortierstellen zugeführt. Da bei der
Sortierung mittels Bandwerks die Briefe einzeln von der Grobsortierstelle an der
Feinsortierstelle ankommen, so muß eine Einrichtung vorgesehen werden, durch die
die Briefe an dem Arbeitsplatz des Feinsortierbeamten griffbereit aufgeschichtet
werden. Diese Forderung wird durch die vorliegende Erfindung erfüllt, so daß dieselbe
mit besonderem Vorteil bei der Feinsortierung im Anschluß an ein Bandsortierwerk
für Grobsortierung verwendet werden kann. Der Erfindungsgedanke besteht darin, daß
das zu. stapelnde Gut auf ein Sammelband geschoben wird, das in Abhängigkeit von
der zufließenden Fördergutmenge weitergeschaltet wird. Die Bewegung des Sammelbandes
wird durch ein dem Sammelband vorgeschaltetes Wägeband gesteuert, das bei einer
bestimmten Belastung durch die von einem Zubringerband auf das Wägeband fallenden
Briefe eine Kupplung betätigt, die das Wägeband und das Sammelband mit einer Antriebswelle
verbindet. Statt einer Kupplung kann auch durch das Wägeband mit Hilfe eines Kontaktes,
der beim Senken des Wägebandes geschlossen wird, ein Antriebsmotor gesteuert werden.
Sobald die auf dem Wägeband angesammelten Briefe auf das Sammelband geschoben sind,
wird der Antrieb des Wägebandes und des Sammelbandes wieder unterbrochen, bis ein
neuer Briefstapel entsprechenden Gewichtes auf dem Wägeband angesammelt ist.Letters Collector The present invention relates

veranlaßte Bewegung des Rahmens 6 wird durch einen Anschlag 21 begrenzt. Mit dem
