Description
Steckkontakthülse Zusatz zum Patent 477 629 Die Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausbildung der Steckkontakthülse nach dem Patent 477 629. Bei dieser wird der Stromanschluß mittels einer in der Mitte der Kontaktröhre sitzenden Schelle bewerkstelligt, welche sich nicht für" alle Anwendungsarten gleich gut eignet; inbesondere bei Leitungskupplungen und bei höheren Spannungen ergeben sich Schwierigkeiten bei der Ausbildung und Abmessung der Steckvorrichtungen. Diese Schwierigkeiten werden durch die Erfindung beseitigt, und zwar dadurch, daß durch einen in das rückwärtige Ende der Kontaktröhre eingetriebenen Bolzen der den letzteren umgebende Teil der Kontaktröhre derart aufgetrieben wird, daß er stramm an seiner Führungsmuffe anliegt. Das vordere Einsteckende der Führungsmuffe ist in an sich bekannter Weise ausgerundet, um das Einstecken des Steckerstiftes zu erleichtern. In das rückwärtige Ende ir der Kontaktröhre ii ist ein Bolzen 12 stramm eingesetzt. Wie Abb. i zeigt, ist der Durchmesser des Bolzens 12 so groß gewählt, daß er das Ende ii 2 der Kontaktröhre beim Einsetzen auftreibt und stramm zum Anliegen an die aufgezogene Führungsmuffe io bringt. Auf diese Weise ergibt sich zwischen den drei konzentrischen Einzelteilen ein derart fester Zusammenhang, daß der Übergangswiderstand der Kontaktstellen praktisch vernachlässigt und das Ganze als ein einziger metallischer Block betrachtet werden kann. Am hinteren Ende durchquert diesen Block -eine Bohrung 13 zum Einlegen der Anschlußleitung und eine Schraube 1q. zum Festklemmen der Leitung.
