Das Neue kennzeichnet sich durch die Anordnung einer drehbaren, gefärbten oder ungefärbten Reklamescheibe für durchfallendes Licht über der Spitze eines kegelförmigen Spiegelreflektors, deren Reklame im Spiegel aufleuchtet und im Kreise wandert.
