Description

Berührungsschutzsichere, aufklappbare Fassung für elektrische Soffittenlampen mit durch die Aufklappbewegung unterbrochener Stromzuführung Um bei Fassungen für elektrische Soffittenlampen einen Berührungsschutz und gleichzeitig eine leichte Bedienbarkeit unter Fortfall vom losen, leicht in Verlust geratenden l' assungsteilen zu erreichen, ist schon vorgeschlagen worden, am festen Bodenteil der Fassung einen auf Kontakte einwirkenden klappbaren Deckelteil derart anzubringen, daß bei der Aufklappung des Deckels die Stromzuführung zum Lampensockel unterbrochen wird. Bei dieser bekannten Fassung wird ein wirklicher Berührungsschutz nur nach bewirkter Hochklappung der Deckel beider Fassungen, nicht aber :dann erreicht, wenn nur ein Deckel hochgeklappt ist, da sich alsdann bei Berührung des offengelegten Sockels durch die noch eingespannte Lampe hindurch ein Erdschluß ausbilden kann. Erfindungsgemäß ist einesteils der klappbare Fassungsteil mit einem unter den Lampendeckel greifenden Klauenvorsprung und andernteils der feste Fassungsteil mit einem über den Sockel hinweggrenfenden Klauenvorsprung derart versehen, daß bei geschlossener Fassung der Sockel unmittelbar in den beiden Fassungsteilen fest eingeschlossen ist. Bei der Aufklappung .eines klappbaren Fassungsteiles- wird durch Wirkung des an .diesem vorgesehenen unteren Klauenvorsprunges die Lampe angehoben und unter Aufhebung des Stromzuflusses aus der Fassung herausgedrängt. Derselbe Vorgang vollzieht sich dabei auch gleichzeitig am anderen Ende der Lampe; da :beide k lappbaren Fassungsteile durch die eingelegte Lampe starr verbunden bzw. zu einer Einheit vereinigt sind. Die in den Abb. i bis 4 dargestellte Fassung besitzt einen in beliebiger Weise festzulegenden Bodenteil i aus Porzellan, Hartgummi oder Kunsthorn, der mit einer den nicht dargestellten Lampensockel teilweise übergreifenden vorspringenden Klaue 2 aus einem Stüak besteht. In einer Vertiefung 3 des Bodenteiles i ist mittels Schraube 4 eine Stromleätungsschiene 5 und eine Kontaktzunge 6 festgelegt, deren aufwärts gerichteter federnder Schenkel 7 sich in eine Aussparung 8 der festen Klaue 2 hinein erstreckt. Die Stromzuführung zur Schiene 5 und der federnden Kontaktzunge 6, 7 erfolgt mittels einer an der Schiene 5 befestigten Klemmschraube g. An einem im Bodenteil i festgelegten Stift 1o ist ein Fassungsteil I I klappbar gelagert, der einen unter .den Sockel greifonden Klauenvorsprung 29 besitzt. Dieser in seiner Gesamtheit annähernd halbringförmige Fassungsteil i i, 29 ergänzt in der Schließlage die Klaue :2 des festen Fassungsteiles zu :einem Ring und schließt mit dieser zusammen den Sockel fest ein. In einer der Innenfläche des klappbaren Fassungsteiles zugewendeten flachen Aussparung 12 ist mittels Schraube 13 eine Blattfeder 14 gelagert, die bestimmt ist, sich bei der Schließung der Fassung gegen den Umfang der Sockelhülse zu legen. Die Schraube 13 dient gleichzeitig zur Festlegung eines vom Klauenvorsprung a9 des klappbaren Fassungsteiles i i seitlich vortretenden Kontaktstreifens 15, der sich bei der Schließung der Fassung nicht nur gegen die Kontaktfeder 7 legt, sondern auch hinter das hakenartige Ende 16 der Kontaktfeder zwecks Verriegelung der Fassungsteile 2, 11 einschnappt. Damit bei der COffnung .der Fassung :der-eingeschlossene Sockel erst nach eingetretener Lösung der Kontakte 15, 7 berührt werden kann, ist am oberen Ende des klappbaren Fassungsteiles 1i ein Finger 17 vorgesehen, der bei Schließung_ der Fassung über einen ähnlichen Finger 18 des festen Klauenvorsprunges 2 hinweggreift. Wie .die Abb. 2 erkennen läßt, wird durch Wirkung der übereinandergr:eifenden Finger 17, 18 der Fassungsinnenraum. erst nach einem beträchtlichen Maß der Aufklappung freigelegt. Auf der Deckseite des klappbaren Fassungsteiles i i ist noch ein nasenartiger Vorsprung 19 i-orgesehen, der das Aufklappen und gegebenenfalls auch Zuklappen des Teiles i i erleichtert. An einer Seite ist die Fassung durch eine vom Bodenteil i aufwärts ragende Wand 2o abgeschlossen-, so daß nach Einsetzen einer Lampe und Schließen der Fassung der Sockel vollkommen berührungssicher eingeschlossen ist.The socket shown in Figs. Auch beim Einsetzen der Lampe besteht keine Gefahr, mit stromleitenden Teilen der Sockel -in Berührung zu kommen, da die Sockel erst kurz vor Beendigung des Schließvorganges in den elektrischen Stromkreis eingeschaltet werden. In dem klappbaren Fassungsteil i i ist mittels Schraube 24 eine federnde Winkelzunge 25 befestigt, die in den Innenraum der Fassung vortritt und sich bei eingesetzter Lampe gegen den Sockel legt. Der freie abwärts gerichtete Schenkel dieser Winkelzunge 25 steht für gewöhnlich schräg in einer senkrecht zur Drehachse des Fassungsteiles i i stehenden Öffnung 26. Wird der Fassungsteil i i ohne Einsetzen einer Lampegeschlossen, so setzt sich, wie inAbh. i i gezeigt, das untere Ende der federnden Winkelzunge 25 auf die obere Fläche des Bodenteiles i, ohne mit der stromleitenden Klammer 23 des Bodenteiles in Berührung ztt kommen. Dies hat dann zur Folge, daß in die leere; aber geschlossene Fassung sogar von der Seite her hineingefaßt werden kann, ohne daß die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlages besteht. Wird bei geöffnetem Fassungsteil ii eine Lampe 2g in die_Fas,sung eingesetzt, wie in Abb. 12 gezeigt, so kommt durch Niederdrücken der Winkelzunge 25 der abwärts gerichtete freie Schenkel derselben zentrisch zur federnden Klammer 23 zu stehen. Bei der Niederklappung des Fassungsteiles i i tritt daher dann die Blattzunge 25 in die Klammer 23 unter Stromführung zum Sockel ein. Auch in diesem Falle wird bei Betätigung nur eines Klappteiles i i die Lampe gleichzeitig an beiden Enden aus den Fassungen teerausgedrängt bzw. in die Fassungen hineingedrängt. Des weiteren wird auch erst kurz vor Been@digüng der Schließbewegung die Kontaktbildung zwischen der Blattzunge 25 und der federnden Klammer 23 vollzogen sowie umgekehrt der Kontakt gleich am Anfang der öffnungsbewegung unterbrochen.
