Hair dryer hood The invention relates to a hair dryer hood
for so-called water waves. These hoods are known in various designs.
But all hoods have the disadvantage that the flowing hot dry air either
is pressed directly onto the scalp, which is at least uncomfortable
Irritation is caused if there is no harmful effect at all.
Even with the hoods, which the flowing dry air through a rear
Introduce the insertion tube and usually also press it directly onto the scalp,
have the fault that the flowing dry air is opposite to that of the inflow
The lying side must in any case be weaker in the current than on the inlet side.
There are also hoods with a folded edge. In this design, the blown
Dry air, hot or cold, directly into the hood, not into the folded edge,
directed; which is not even possible with this type of construction, since the edge only has one
hall) has a circular curve. This semicircular edge is only intended to
that the dry air blown directly into the hood should hit the edge,
in order to make it difficult for the dry air to become entrained. But the following pressure is absolutely essential
Dry air the dry air pushing over the edge at the folded edge
out and then there is no other way than over the face and neck
to delete. With this type of construction, too, a flow of dry air is dare to become one
strong drying effect is indispensable, impossible as it is directly in the hood
blown dry air through an end plate of the inside the hood
Injection tube is forced out of side holes that are in the hood
the part of the injection pipe reaching into it is to escape. This can
at most a swirling, not a flowing draft can be achieved, moreover
Here too, the air pressure on the inlet side is always higher than on the
opposite side, resulting in uneven drying of the hair
will.
According to the invention, these inconveniences are remedied in that the
The edge of the hood except for a small gap on the inside on the upper side
closed \ '6,' ulst into which the air injection tube opens: This is
the progress compared to the known hoods reached that. crie in the edge
Blown dry air evenly distributed around the entire hood and through
the small gap a draft of air flowing evenly from all sides under the
A hood is created that only strokes the hair and heats it, but not open it
the scalp presses and thus also heats it up and not over the face or
brushes the corner, but escapes through the upper opening in the hood.
In der ist der Erfindungsgegenstand dargestellt. The subject of the invention is shown in.
d an diesen Stellen verstärkt einzuwirken.
This consists of a hood a, which can be produced from a pressure piece
is, in such a way that the edge c of the hood z is formed as a closed bead
is except for a small one
Gap d, all around the whole edge
lifts and in its entire dimension approximately your cross-section of the injection pipe
e corresponds to. In this bead, which is also attached to the upper part of the hood
can be, the entire dry air is blown and must, given the dimensions
of the blow-out gap of the bead tends to be somewhat smaller than larger than the cross-section
of the injection pipe is held, distribute it over the entire edge formed as a bead
and then passes through the gap with the same pressure all around the hood
into the beaded edge, whereby it is unobstructed, in particularly remote places,
for example on the temples or neck, by widening the gap
d to act more intensely at these points. The gap is formed in the beaded edge so that
that he, as can be seen from the embodiment of the drawing, a lip shape
has, which is not possible with a drilled or slotted pipe, for example
is. Due to the arrangement of the lip shape, the dry air exiting under pressure must
in the desired direction under the hood. flow over the entire hair of the head
and carry away the moisture of the hair. By having the dry air around the
"Whole" hood flows out of the gap with the same pressure, so to speak, forms
between the head located under the hood and the hood a powerful, flowing
Air hood that only smears the hair, not the scalp, which after the pouring
Air is impregnated with the moisture of the hair, from the upper opening b
in the hood still comes out with pressure and so the moisture without over
to stroke the face or poop, promoted outdoors. It can therefore also
brought drying temperatures with which a durable hairstyle can be created,
In contrast to the well-known hoods, they are used within
the same, even at lower temperatures, hot ones, harmful to the scalp
Forms vapors that are heavy even with openings in the hood
escape, as in almost all known hoods the dry air is pressed onto the head
and the flow of all dry air in a certain direction is absent.
According to the invention, however, all of the blown dry air flows to one
Direction, with the «Tulstrand» straight, as in the exemplary embodiment in the drawing
is shown, or adapted to the outlines of the head, for example the ears
can be.
