Die Erfindung betrifft einen zerlegbaren Löffel zur Herstellung von Zahnabdrücken
des Gesamtkiefers mit längs und quer zum Kieferbogen angeordneten Trennfugen und
besteht darin, daß durch die Anordnung geeigneter, über die Längsfuge verteilter
drehbarer Sprengknöpfe sich das Auseinandertreiben der einzelnen Teilformen und
somit die Sprengung der Abdruckmasse bewirken läßt; die zum Sprengen der Abdruckmasse
geeigneten Knöpfe sind gleichzeitig zum gegenseitigen Einpassen und Zusammenhalten

a ist ein ungeteilter Löffel gebräuchlicher Hufeisenform mit im Boden
befindlichen Löchern b. 1, in und r sind zweiteilige Formstücke einer mehrfach,
beispielsweise- dreimal unterteilten inneren Abdruckform i, die in den äußeren Löffel
a paßt. Im Boden eines jeden zweiteiligen Formstückes 1, m und y ist in der
Mitte eine zylindrische Vertiefung c angebracht zur Aufnahme des zylindrischen Kopfendes
d eines Sprengknopfes z. Dieser letztere wird bei zusammengesetzter
Form durch Plättchen p, die an jeder Formhälfte von 1, uz und r befestigt
sind, gegen Herausfallen gehalten und liegt mit seinen Seitenflächen e an
jedem der Plättchen p an, so daß ein Verdrehen desselben bei vollständig zusammengesetzter
Form nicht oder nur beschränkt möglich äst. Nach Entfernen der äußeren Form a hingegen
kann ein solches Verdrehen nur unter seitlicher Verschiebung der mit den Plättchen
p fest verbundenen Formhälften 1, in und y erfolgen. Die Sprengknöpfe z verbinden
die Formstücke 1, m und r

hindurch und bestimmen durch ihre Kopfenden d die genaue gegenseitige Lage
der einzelnen Formstücke. Die Knöpfe z dienen weiterhin den Riegeln g mittels der
Flächen e und den als Widerlagern ausgebildeten Fußenden f als Führungs- und Anzugsorgan.
Der Sprengknopf z als solcher hat die Aufgabe, die Sprengung der in den zweiteiligen
Formstücken Z, na und r eingefüllten Gipsmasse nach erfolgtem Abbinden zu ermöglichen.
Das Sprengen wird erreicht durch Drehen des Sprengknopfes z mittels eines seine
Seitenflächen e umfassenden Schlüssels, wodurch die Flächen e die Plättchen p und
somit die Formhälften von 1, in und y auseinandertreiben und ein Reißen der
abgebundenen Gipsmasse bewirken. Vor Ausführung der Sprengring werden die Riegel
g abgezogen und die Hufeisenform a senkrecht zur Kieferebene von der Innenform i
entfernt, wodurch die Angriffsflächen e für das Ansetzen des Sprengschlüssels frei
werden. In dem Sprengknopf z ist außerdem ein Langloch o angebracht, das erforderlichenfalls
