Hochwertige Aluminium-Gußlegierungen Es ist gefunden worden, daB durch besonders gute mechanische Eigenschaften die Legierungen des Aluminiums ausgezeichnet sind, welche Cer und solche Elemente enthalten, deren Cerverbindungen durch Aluminium nicht zersetzt werden. Gegenstand der Erfindung sind also Legierungen des Aluminiums mit Cer und Kupfer oder auch mit Cer und Silizium. Die Zusammensetzung dieser neuen Legierungen kann durch folgende Zahlenwerte annähernd festgesetzt werden: a) 2 bis 2o Prozent Cu, 3 bis 12 Prozent Ce, Rest Aluminium, b) x bis 8 Prozent Si, 2 bis 12 Prozent Ce, Rest Aluminium.High-quality cast aluminum alloys It has been found that through particularly good mechanical properties the alloys of aluminum are excellent which contain cerium and those elements, their cerium compounds through aluminum not be decomposed. Die neben Cer einzulegierenden Elemente können als solche oder in Verbindung mit Cer eingefügt werden. B. Magnesium, Zink oder hochschmelzender Komponenten, z. B.
