Description
Löschkammer für Ölschalter Bei der Herstellung von Löschkammern für Ölschalter ist Vorsorge zu treffen, daß die die Löschkammer nach außen abschließenden Isolationsteile durch die Explosionswirkung nicht weggerissen werden. Zu diesem Zweck wird das als Isolation dienende, aus Papierstoff o. dgl. hergestellte Rohr a (Abb. i) an dem oberen Ende mit der Halterung b für die Kontaktfedern vernietet und an dem mit dem Durchführungsbolzen in Verbindung stehenden Löschkammerteil c verschraubt. Das untere Ende des Rohres a ist ebenfalls durch Nieten mit einem Metallrohr d verbunden, das an seinem unteren Ende einen konzentrischen Ring e trägt, der zum Festhalten der Nebenteile der Löschkammer dient. Hierbei werden zweckmäßig 'die eigentlichen Kontakte an einem Metallrohr f befestigt, das an seinem oberen Ende aufgeschlitzt und konisch aufgebogen ist, so daß es mittels konischer Ringe g, die durch Nasen h beim Aufschrauben des Teiles b gegen c angepreßt werden, gehalten wird. Am unteren Teil des Rohres f sind dann die einzelnen Kontaktfinger i befestigt und das Rohr ebenfalls auch an den unteren Teilen aufgeschlitzt, so daß die einzelnen Kontakte i unter Einwirkung der üblichen herumgelegten Klemmfedern n den nötigen Kontaktdruck mit dem Stiftkontakt k ergeben. Unterhalb der Kontakte ist ein Funkenring l angebracht, der mit den Isolationsteilen m, die durch den Ring e gehalten werden, beweglich und doch unabhängig von i eingesetzt ist. Abb. 2 zeigt das Metallrohr f mit den an ihm befestigten Kontakten i.
