Description
Heating and cooking stove with trickle filling for de-carbonized fuels In furnaces where the fuel is in a thin layer in a vertical direction a fire shaft are burned, the walls of which are perforated in the shape of louvers most of the flammable gases contained in the coke are not burned, so that the fuel cannot be burned with a long flame. Further be the fuel particles that lie on the perforated wall on the gas outlet side, due to the dense storage of the fine desulphurized fuel not or unevenly ignited, so that the fuel column ruptures and the combustion occurs is imperfect and therefore uneconomical.
The invention relates to a heating and cooking furnace with trickle filling for de-corrosive fuels, which are limited by perforated walls Heating shaft is fed from a filling space, which is located after the gas extraction side Wall also has one or more openings through which the in the filling space Draw off the resulting gases into the combustion chamber. These gases are the ones in the deglazed Included fuel and those that go through a kind of gasification process form. The complete ignition of these gases will cause the column of fuel to rupture avoided by removing every single fuel particle, even the one on the broken one Wall after the gas outlet side stored, be ignited as quickly as possible. So it becomes a perfect combustion of every fuel particle and thus a more even one Burned-off achieved so that losses of combustible substance in the ash do not occur. As a result of complete exhaustion of the large ones contained in the deglazed fuel Amounts of flammable gases, which burn completely with a long flame, are the heat effect increased and a constant readiness of the oven guaranteed at all times.
The drawings illustrate an example embodiment, and although: Fig. r is a longitudinal section through a heating furnace, Fig. a is a cross section, Fig. 3 the perforated front wall, - Fig. d., 5, 6 and 7 show different designs the louvre-shaped walls, Fig.8 a longitudinal section through a cooking stove.
According to Fig. I, the fuel enters the filling shaft v, its wall is provided with slots b for the extraction of the flammable gases, and wanders through the fuel shaft d. The front wall has slots or nozzles c and can from individual rods of any shape (Fig. q., 5, 6 and 7) or from one or more Slotted plates, as shown in Fig. 3, are made. The rear heating duct wall can be designed similarly; it is advisable to use fireclay panels provided with slots a. By Air supply valve i receives the fuel column from the front wall of the heating shaft from the air required for combustion.
The combustible gases from the filling shaft v reach the combustion chamber f and burn here with a long flame, with secondary air being advantageously supplied cold or preheated through openings g, gi and g2. As a result of the strong flame formation in the combustion chamber f, a slight ignition of the fuel particles lying on the rear wall of the heating shaft is achieved. The combustion gases pass from the combustion chamber f in a known manner through the heating flues na, m 'and m2. n represents the trigger with the regulating flap o. The cell rA.dc is used to discharge the ashes into the ash box 1. The front heating wall c, if it is a plate, can be adjusted as required by means of pin q (Fig. 3) to the Adjust fuel column in strength and direction. From Fig. Z it can be seen that the secondary air enters a channel w at k, is preheated here and is fed from the channel w through openings g, gl and g2 to the combustion chamber f. The various designs of the heating shaft walls can be seen in FIGS. 5, 6 and 7. The rods or slots can be individually or as a perforated wall, for example also offset from one another, as a result of which a zigzag or undulating movement of the fuel through the heating shaft is achieved. In Fig. 6 the rods are arranged in a hollow manner, so that the secondary air can be supplied through the hollow rods.
Fig. 8 shows a cooking stove with the same furnace as described, only here the heating gases do not pass through a heating register, but through the trains p around the heat pipe R, cooking pipe S and water slide T. For carrying out the procedure it does not matter whether only with primary air or with primary and secondary air work is carried out, with the air entering cold or preheated in any way *. Likewise, inclined heating surfaces can also be used instead of vertical ones, which can also be vibrated can arrange to apply. The wall x can, instead of being closed, also in places be broken. It does not matter whether one or more heating shafts are arranged are.
