Nach der vorliegenden Erfindung werden die durch das Leitvermögen entstehenden Schwierigkeiten -dadurch aufgehoben bzw. unwirksam gemacht, daß an der Kerr-Zelle nux Beeinflussungen durch ganz hohe Frequenzen, annähernd io6 Perioden bzw. noch höhere Frequenzen, zur Anwendung gelangen. Dadurch wird eine viel, größere Emp-findlichkeitder Relaisanordnung erzielt.
