Electric cigar lighter The invention relates to an electric one
Cigar lighter with removable, by turning on the base plate in the circuit
switchable heating wire carrier, which is primarily used in motor vehicles
target. With these cigar lighters there is a risk of overheating of the incandescent body
even if this is visibly arranged. It is now proposed
to connect a thermostat in series with the radiator, that of the heating current
is directly heated and its heat capacity and heat dissipation conditions
are so balanced with the cigar lighter that an interruption of the heating current
takes place as soon as the incandescent body has reached the desired maximum temperature. These
Execution now shows the disadvantage that the adaptation of the heating and thermal radiation
the thermostat makes considerable difficulties and also one on the thermostat
a precisely matched incandescent body is necessary. But not with vehicles
consistently the same operating conditions, so that an adapted to all conditions
Lighter cannot surrender in this way. The, separate arrangement of the controller
also requires more space.
According to the invention, these over, el.-states are to be eliminated by
that glass with the cigar lighter connected in series with heat-sensitive 1 \ & ttel,
for the well-known bimetal, expansion capsule with gas or liquid filling
o. The like. Application is arranged so that it is the thermal effect of the incandescent body
is directly exposed and the circuit as a function of the temperature
of the incandescent body controls. Compared to the known, there is therefore a simpler one
Execution and greater operational reliability, as the incandescent body and the thermostat
directly interact and deviations in the resistance of the incandescent body
remain unaffected by the effect.
Schraubkappe i der Glühkörper k leicht auswechselbar
angeordnet.
An
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown, namely Fig. I show the cigar lighter in the middle section and Fig. A a section according to AB in Fig. I. The cigar lighter consists of the base plate to be attached to the wall of the vehicle with the resilient contact members b, c, which are connected to the power supply lines. The resilient contact members b, c are inserted into the ring recess d of the hood e. In the recess d, the contact strips f, g are arranged opposite, which are conductively connected to the resilient contact members b, c in the position of the parts shown. The circuit is switched on and interrupted by turning the hood e on the base plate a. In the one associated with the hood. Agitator k is arranged through the screw cap i of the incandescent body k easily replaceable. One P: al of the incandescent body is connected in an electrically conductive manner to the screw cap or the pipe to which the contact strip f is connected to conduct electricity. The second pole of the incandescent body k is connected to the contact disk L. The expansion capsule m, which is connected to a contact member n, is arranged between this contact disk L and the other connection formed by the contact strip, g. The contact band g engages around the stem of the contact member a with play, so that only the federal government with the. Fork ends of the contact strip can come into gluing connection. A spring o is attached to the collar of the Kontaktgl5.ed @ es, n, which is supported against the end wall of the bore of the hood and the expansion capsule elastically presses against the contact disk l and. Likewise the collar of the contact member n against the contact spring g. The position of the fork end of the contact strip g in relation to the contact member n can be adjusted by means of the S, chraubep. The expansion capsules are electrically isolated from the kohrk by an intermediate day g. When the incandescent body k is heated, the heat is transferred to the expansion capsule m through the Kromtakt disk l. The expansion caps 7. stretches, and as soon as the desired degree for the temperature state of the incandescent body is reached, for which the parts are dimensioned, the collar of the contact member n lifts from the fork end of the contact strip g, and the current is interrupted. After the parts have cooled down accordingly, they return to their original position.
