Roller table, in particular for rolling mills The invention relates to
a roller table, especially for ZValzwerkanlagen, in which the bearing housing of the
Roles are connected to one another in the manner of communicating pipes. The invention
consists in that the pipes connecting the bearing housings to one another in the bearings
about the same height. open, on which the liquid level of the lubricant bath
must be at least located in order to ensure that the bearings are always adequately lubricated.
The invention achieves that in a rolling mill operation that occurs easily
Break of the oil lines connecting the bearing housings in every bearing
Lubricant bath in the necessary for a sufficient lubrication of the journals
The minimum height remains, as the oil cannot under any circumstances run out of the bearing housing.
It is advisable to close the liquid line with a liquid level indicator
provided, which is arranged easily accessible so that you can determine at any time
whether at. the lubricant bath that is necessary for adequate lubrication
Minimum height is maintained.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention
shown in longitudinal section.
miteinander in Verbindung stehen.
The roller table consists of the rollers i, which are
of the hut floor provided openings with part of their circumference over the paving
a protrude and serve in a known way to promote good. The roller cones
q. of the rollers i rest in ring lubrication bearings 5, each of which is supported by a bearing housing
6 is surrounded, in which the lubricant bath is located. The feed pipe 7 for
the lubricant flows into the wall of the bearing housing 6 at the height
on which the liquid level of the lubricant is at least
must to ensure adequate lubrication. All pipes are on the line
8 connected so that all bearing housings 6 in the manner of communicating tubes
are related to each other. A liquid level indicator is attached to the line 8
9, which shows how high the liquid is in the liquid chambers
above the required minimum level. The supply of lubricant can
be done separately for each of the camps. If one of the bearings 6 becomes too much lubricant
supplied: so this flows through the pipes 7 and line 8 and is distributed
to the other camps. Instead of the liquid level indicator 9 can at the end of the
Line 8 a riser pipe can be provided, which is up to the level of the minimum liquid level
is enough and there is provided with an overflow from the excess lubricant
then drips into a collecting container. The design of the journal bearing itself is arbitrary.
It is a further advantage of the invention that in the event of a break in the oil line in,
each bearing has the lubricant in the minimum level of its bath.
