Durch den Keil b, welcher von dem Fufstritt a, an welchen der Hebel 0 angegossen ist,
in Bewegung gesetzt wird, wird das Führungsstück c, auf welches der Becher d geschraubt
ist, in die Höhe gedrückt. Infolge dessen wird. die Flasche, auf Klötzen im Becher dt
stehend, an das angeschraubte Stück c der Büchse k geprefst und durch den in e eingelegten
Gummi so gedichtet, dafs die durch den Ventilhahn ^i einströmende Flüssigkeit nach unten
nicht ausweichen oder an Güte verlieren kann. Zu gleicher Zeit kann der Kork in die Oeffnung r
der Büchse k gelegt werden, worauf der Glitscher/, welcher in h und Zi1 Führung hat, durch den
Hebel η nach unten gedrückt wird. Da sich aber in ί des Glitschers / eine Rolle bewegt,
welche in der Schere / einen festen Drehpunkt hat, so wird beim Herunterdrücken des Hebels η
auch die Schere /, an welche das Stück i angeschraubt ist, in der Richtung nach der Büchse k
fortbewegt und der Kork so in dieselbe gedrückt, dafs er senkrecht über den in / eingeschraubten
Stahlbolzen m zu stehen kommt und dadurch die Flüssigkeit am Ausweichen nach oben gehindert
wird. Nachdem dies geschehen, öffnet man den Hahn gu durch welchen die Flüssigkeit
eintritt, während der andere g zum Entweichen der in der Flasche befindlichen Luft
dient. Ist die Füllung bis zur bestimmten Höhe geschehen, schliefst man den Hahn gt wieder
und verkorkt die Flasche, indem man den Hebel n bis auf den Winkelhebel/ drückt. Dieser Hebel/,
welcher in u seinen Drehpunkt hat, dient dazu den Kork nur einen bestimmten Theil seiner
Länge in die Flasche einführen zu lassen. Um dies zu erreichen, ist der untere Arm ^1 mit
dem Keil b verbunden, welcher denselben mit in die Höhe nimmt; dadurch wird der Arm p
dem Bock näher gebracht, fängt dort den Hebel η auf und bewerkstelligt es, dafs der Kork
nur y3 seiner Länge in den Hals der Flasche
eingeführt wird, worauf der Keil b mit dem Winkelhebel / und dem Fufstritt α seinen Ruhepunkt
wieder einnimmt. Alsdann ist man im Stande den Kork aus der Büchse c vollends herauszudrücken.
