elektrischer Gasreinigungsanlagen herabfallenden Staubs.
Arrangement for removing the dust in electrical gas cleaning systems
The invention relates to an arrangement for discharging from the collecting electrodes
electrical gas cleaning systems for falling dust. This arrangement is special
advantageous if the gas to be cleaned passes through the cleaning chamber in a vertical position
Direction flows through. The removal of the dust makes it special in such cases
great difficulties, since there are no ordinary collecting bunkers under the electrodes
appropriate «-be able to earth. One has z. B. suggested one under the electrodes
to arrange over the entire gas cleaning chamber reaching horizontal sheet and
attach to this sheet metal tube zii that empty the dust falling on the sheet metal
lead away from there. A number of openings are provided in this sheet metal,
through which the dust-laden gas flow must pass. This arrangement possesses
Above all, the disadvantage is the precipitated and empty dust
partly back into the gas stream flowing into the chamber and again
carried away: is. In addition, the dust that has fallen on the tin will be imperfect for me
discharged through the pipes seated on the sheet metal and partly remains on the sheet metal
lie. In the event of a dust ignition, the fire is provided with plenty of food.
The invention now shows an arrangement for removing the dust, which this N
does not have any disadvantages.
According to the invention, inclined sheets are in one below the electrodes
for the gas to flow through, spaced one above the other and arranged through
vertical or inclined gutters or tubes arranged next to one another connected in such a way that
that on the one hand the dust sliding off an upper sheet to the lower one
or is discharged after the collecting bunker and on the other hand the raw or clean gases
can flow freely between them. Every feed sheet is included
expediently designed so that it runs out at its lower edge in grooves that
open into the openings of the discharge channels or pipes. Such an arrangement
has the advantage that all the dust falling off the electrodes immediately after
Collection bunker is removed. A reintegration of the falling dust into the
The raw gas stream entering the chamber is not possible. The in a row
Side by side pipes also prevent an explosion like that

The drawing shows the new arrangement in an exemplary embodiment.
da über das Blech 4 in den Bunkerraum abgleiten.i and 2 are the spray and precipitation electrodes arranged in a chimney
the electrical gas cleaning system. The flue gases to be cleaned flow through
the electrode spaces vertically upwards. Around the falling from the collecting electrodes
To be able to remove dust, two inclined sheets 3 and below the electrodes
4 arranged. Between these two sheets, as shown in particular in Fig.
2, a number of vertical tubes or gutters 5 are attached. the
Tubes have such a distance from each other that the flue gas between them
can flow through and then get into the high voltage field between the electrodes.
With this arrangement, some of the dust from the electrodes is immediately noticeable
the sheet 4 and slides from here through a discharge pipe 6 into a bunker room,
partially it falls on the inclined plate 3. This inclined plate is now with a
Equipped number of grooves that open into the individual tubes. The one on the
Sheet 3 accumulating dust is therefore in these grooves in the tubes 5 and from
since slide over the sheet 4 into the bunker room.
The formation of the grooves on the sheet metal 3 is shown in particular in Fig. 3,
which represents a section of Fig. 2 along the line A-B can be seen.
